A great experience
We met with Fethia and Shez yesterday for a demo of the marvellous Thermomix 7. We already knew about this device as our daughter has one, but we needed to know a little more in-depth knowledge about the device itself and also the ongoing support and developments before finally committing to purchase one.
All our concerns and questions were completely allayed by these friendly and knowledgable ladies and we had a very enjoyable session with them. The device itself, of course, sells itself - if you see it in action and have the whole process explained to you, then you'll want to buy one. But you need to have confidence that this brilliant device also has the backup and support to give you the confidence needed to justify the expense, and Fethia and Shez completely provided this.
Of course we bought a TM7 and we are not excitedly awaiting delivery. And also looking forward to meeting up with Fethia and Shez at their their cookery classes to further ensure that we gain the maximum benefit from our investment.

So very disappointed, have been trying for over a week, via demo request forms, on line chat and emails to get someone to contact me about purchasing the new Thermomix. But a week on and nothing. Clearly this company are not interested in new customers. I guess I will need to look for an alternative.

Have had an amazing demo with Ewelina Maskell, thanks to her excellent service, we have decided to purchase a machine. But their customer service team need to learn from Eweline who gives excellent service

Good product with terrible sales model
Product is great, but the way it's sold is not. I just want to buy a unit online and have it delivered without jumping through more hoops.

Replaced item but no technical support for discontinued devices .
UPDATE: After asking for an escalation Vorwerk contacted me to replace the Thermomix Friend which I already received. Having said that they confirmed that if it breaks they wouldn’t provide technical support. Of course I am very happy with them replacing my device but my initial concern about support with discontinued items remains.
ORIGINAL: I bought a Thermomix and the Friend two and a half years ago and all of the sudden the Friend stopped working. I paid over £100 for an extended warranty for the whole pack (this was offered when I decided to pay for it) and now Customer Service is just saying they don’t cover the Friend. Of course I was really unhappy with the answer and asked how much was the cost of the repair. The outrageous answer is that they are not selling the Friend any more hence they are not repairing it, meaning that I need to put in the bin a device worth £244. My overall invoice at the time was £1300 and now I am worried that when they stop selling something you are just left on your own! So frustrated!!!!

Mixed experience
I have always heard about the wonders of Thermomix, but I couldn't believe it to be such a life changer.
It is an amazing machine which has helped me in transforming food choices completely. Healthy meals are super easy, tasty and fast.
On the other end, the advisor experience wasn't a positive one. Workwek should properly check how they treat customers.

compre una tm6 en el tiempo de suscripcion todo funciona a pesar de que las recetas deja mucho que desear, la magia viene despues cuando no renuevas la suscripcion te quedas sin recetas en la maquina osea tienes una m. de maquina que no sirve para nada mas que cualquier modelo viejo. lastima 1500 euros tirados a la basura. es mas interesante comprar cualquier marca barata puesto que hace lo mismo que esta pero por menos de 400 euros.

I sent a complaint about Spatula, that is damaged in quick time, after 15mins I recived answer from very helpful on of customer team - Robert - that I will get new one in 3 days. Very quick and easy service.

The advisors are excellent but the process of purchasing and paperwork is dreadful. As a company this needs to be addressed because I am seriously frustrated and almost withdrew buying because of it. You need to get this sorted as it’s not fair on the advisors who do a good job

Customer service support is terrible
Customer service support is terrible, I have sent three emails with no reply ! I was issued with vouchers as an apology and I cannot even use these vouchers they are void ! However no one replys ..
After 4 months trying the TM7
After 4 months trying the TM7 . We can say that unfortunately is not as practical and amazing as you think. Most recipes take longer than it claims, not suitable for gathering or parties as most menus are for 4 people max, there is not kids friendly, most of the recipes are with subscription so you will loose everything if you are not a member. There are cheaper options out there to get the same results.
Cookidoo very poor
Tm7 is quite a good piece of kit but I would not recommend the app Cookidoo. The recipes are supposed to be tested but often quantities are wrong resulting in expensive mistakes. There is no easy way to notify Cookidoo, there are no written reviews so overall pretty poor.

I am extremely disappointed with both the Thermomix TM7 and Vorwerk’s customer service.
For such an expensive product, the performance is unacceptable. Food constantly sticks to the bottom, even when following the official recipes exactly. Many of the guided recipes are poorly balanced – overly salty and too liquid, requiring constant manual adjustment. For a device that is supposed to “do everything for you”, this completely defeats the purpose.
The biggest issue, however, is the misleading and unfair return policy. Several advisors explicitly told me that during the winter period the return window was extended, which influenced my decision to keep testing the product. When I finally requested the return, I was refused, with no accountability for the incorrect information provided by their own staff.
This feels dishonest and unprofessional. For a premium brand, the lack of transparency and refusal to take responsibility is shocking.
I strongly advise people to avoid this company. In my experience, the product does not justify the price, and the customer service is unreliable. Overall, it feels like a big scam wrapped in premium marketing.
No response even after multiple escalations – serious customer service failure
I am sharing this review to warn other potential customers about my experience with Vorwerk / Thermomix UK.
Despite the TM7 being marketed as a premium, high-value product, the customer service experience has been fundamentally inadequate. Delivery expectations communicated at the point of sale were not met, and there was no proactive, reliable, or transparent communication regarding delivery status.
More seriously, after multiple formal complaints and escalations, there was still no meaningful human response. I received only automated acknowledgements, with no explanation, ownership, or accountability. This is not a one-off delay, but a systemic customer service failure.
I want to be clear that my sales consultant acted professionally and made genuine efforts to assist. However, even internal escalation through their own sales consultant failed to prompt any response from customer service. When a company’s own staff cannot obtain a response on behalf of a customer, it demonstrates a serious breakdown in internal processes.
For anyone considering a high-value purchase, you should be aware that if an issue arises, you may be left without support or timely communication, regardless of how many times you escalate. This level of service is wholly inconsistent with the premium brand image Vorwerk promotes.
Based on this experience, I cannot recommend Vorwerk or Thermomix UK.

Vorwerk est une société qui ne commercialise que des appareils onéreux ! J'ai acheté le thermomix tm7 en juin, livré en août. L'appareil rend les services annoncés mais la Qualité n'y est pas ! Je me sers de ce robot de manière régulière depuis octobre et je constate alors que le bol ne sort plus du support...après une "prudente inspection " il s'avère qu'une soudure a lâché. ..Formidable pour un outil à plus de 1700 € !!!!! Cerise sur le gâteau ils n'ont pas de SAV en France mais sur une plate-forme au Maroc ; donc un interlocuteur dévoué mais qui parle mal le français et n'en connaît pas les nuances. Après plusieurs mails de ma part et de multiples tergiversations de Vorwerk on finit par m'informer que la société est en rupture de stock de bol-mixer !!!!!!
Et aucun délai de remplacement.
Je trouve honteux qu'une entreprise ayant de telles ambitions et prétentions agissent de la sorte. LIDL aurait eu toute ma tolérance au vu des tarifs pratiqués mais là ça frise l'escroquerie!!!!

Do not trust Vorwerk – They break promises and "brick" expensive hardware
I am writing this to warn anyone considering a purchase from the Vorwerk Group. This company has proven that their word means nothing. After acquiring Neato Robotics, Vorwerk explicitly promised the public and loyal customers that they would maintain cloud services and app support until at least 2028.
They lied. In late 2025, Vorwerk prematurely shut down the Neato servers, three years ahead of schedule. My expensive Neato robot, which is still in perfect mechanical condition, has been stripped of its "smarts." I can no longer use the app, set schedules, use "no-go" zones, or see cleaning maps. It is now a glorified manual floor sweeper.
This sets a terrifying precedent for all their other brands. If Vorwerk is willing to pull the plug on Neato users to save on server costs, they will eventually do the same to Thermomix or Kobold owners. Once they want you to upgrade to a newer model, they can simply disable the software on your current one.
Before you buy, know that Vorwerk Group owns and operates:
Thermomix® / Bimby® (The "smart" kitchen appliance and Cookidoo® platform)
Kobold / Folletto (High-end vacuum cleaners and floor systems)
Nexaro (Commercial cleaning robotics)
akf group (Banking, leasing, and credit services)

No order and no refund- scam
I’ve ordered knife part for my thermomix on 18 of November 2025. Till this day (45 days later) I still haven’t got it. I was left with broken thermomix for Christmas as Customer service refused to act and investigate where my parcel is. Eventually they agree to send a second package but that never happened. I’m trying to get my refund but no one responds to my emails. I’m forced to through fraud transactions process with my credit card to get my money back. This is not a premium product, this is not premium service. What happened to you Vorverk ??? From the company build on the quality products to scammers?

I have been a Thermomix owner for 15 years! The Tm5, Tm6 and now the Tm7.
As a chef I have had them in my commercial kitchen, I have had to send the tm5 back twice to get the scales recalibrate, this was so awful to not have it while it was being mended, but so worthwhile when it came back.
In the ladt two years I have been an advisor for Thermomix and I just love spreading the word about how much fun I get from using all my Thermomixs, not a day goes by that I don't use it, if you'd like to see one before you buy, get in contact with the customer services and they will put you in contact with someone like me! We travel to your house, set up our Thermomix, put our apron on and you do the cooking!
