We would like to sincerely thank Councillor Trevor Gilligan for the initiative he took on behalf of the residents of Liscarne Court regarding the reinstatement of secure entrance gates for our complex. What particularly impressed us was that Councillor Gilligan took the initiative to contact local politicians, circulate a survey and seek their views in an effort to build a consensus around this important issue. To our knowledge, he was the only elected representative to take this practical step and actively move the matter forward on behalf of our residents. For many of our older residents, secure entrance gates are not simply a matter of convenience. They are an important part of improving security, reducing unwanted access and helping to address the anti-social behaviour that has caused concern and left some residents feeling vulnerable in their own homes. We discussed Councillor Gilligan’s initiative at our Liscarne Court Elders Committee meeting, where it was presented to residents. It means a great deal to our community when an elected representative listens to residents’ concerns and takes practical action rather than simply offering words of support. Councillor Gilligan has demonstrated that he is willing to listen, engage with other representatives and actively try to find a solution. We are very grateful for the time, effort and initiative he has shown in supporting our community and in helping us work towards achieving the secure gates that Liscarne Court residents so badly need.

I would like to thank Councillor Trevor Gilligan FF for organising the above review for our TPO to get further engagement with our local area! He did wonderful work and responded so promptly.
I would also like to thank our local Councillor Yvonne Collins FF who’s prompt response to our votes will now escalate our mission to support local environment & preserve mature 250 - 300 year old trees!
Both Councillors have been incredible in supporting the local community and surrounding area - I would highly recommend both Yvonne and Trevor as diligent members of council who work tirelessly on behalf of their constituents! Well done Guys - keep up the good work

They don’t adhere to notification settings and ignore unsubscribe requests. Keeps sending spammy emails after you’ve unsubscribed. Don’t recommend giving them your email. I had to block them.

Very good for being able to vote on saving our park in Greenhills and a good way to contact the councillor about the issue!

Use VoteIf to record neighbourhood support for adding speed ramps to our busy street. Was very easy to use and now I can share the link with local councillors.
