Il prodotto si stende bene ed ha ache una buona consistenza. Mi ha aiutato un pò contro le cicatrici da acne ma non molto contro le macchie melaniche. Per il resto Ú tutto ok!

Abbiamo notato che il tuo pacco Ú arrivato l'8 gennaio e la tua recensione Ú stata pubblicata il 28 gennaio. In 20 giorni, utilizzando il siero 3 volte a settimana, l'hai applicato solo 8-9 volte. Per vedere risultati più evidenti sulle macchie melaniche, Ú necessario un po’ più di tempo e costanza. Ti invitiamo a continuare con l'applicazione regolare, e siamo sicuri che vedrai miglioramenti significativi! Se hai bisogno di supporto, siamo qui per te! 🌟

Ho acquistato il siero al retinaldeide e la crema e sono rimasta incredibilmente colpita dai risultati ottenuti dopo meno di un mese di utilizzo. La mia pelle Ú decisamente più luminosa, compatta e straordinariamente idratata, i pori sono molto meno evidenti e stanno visibilmente diminuendo le piccole cicatrici causate dall'acne.
Questi prodotti hanno superato di gran lunga le mie aspettative e sono così soddisfatta che procederò all'acquisto dell'altro siero e della crema occhi.

Don't trust reviews on their website!

I ordered their Multi Molecular Hyaluronic Retinal Serum after seeing their ad on IG. The dispenser did not work AT ALL and I left a one-star review on their website, it was deleted the day after.
I am trying to get a refund but they only allow for a substitution of the product. Won't buy from them ever again.

Update after reply: Since your agreement does not include the possibility to schedule a UPS pickup, I need to bring it myself to the closest UPS point. I need to find the time to get there but rest assured I will drop off the faulty product soon.

Sarò lo sfortunato 1% perchÚ l'erogatore non funziona. Ho riprovato a seguire gli steps suggeriti senza successo. In allegato un breve video per dimostrarlo, sembra che vada a vuoto dato che non c'Ú alcuna resistenza.
Attendo istruzioni per procedere con la sostituzione o ancora meglio rimborso.

We cover the standard shipping cost of sending the “broken” product back to us, but not if you book premium additional delivery service. We have sent you the return label and you haven’t handed out the return package to UPS.
If you want the refund, you still have to send the “broken” product back to us. We can’t refund you while you keep the product.

Update 05.11.2024:
The pump ended up working – we have sent you video proof while opening your return. We refunded the amount minus cost (return plus processing fee) because the product is not broken. If the product is broken, there would be no return and processing fee.

J’adore la crÚme de VOÛS

Commande aprÚs en trÚs peu de temps chez moi. J’adore la crÚme. Elle rend ma peau incroyablement douce. Parfait pour ma peau sÚche. Excellent produit - le mien remarque immédiatement la qualité - le contenu est top mais aussi l'emballage est trÚs noble. J'utilise le sérum de VOÛS depuis longtemps.
