Vows for Eternity provides dating/matchmaking services to individuals. There is a long list of questions (around 90) that they make you answer when they onboard you. I went for one of the more expensive packages, thinking I will get tailored services for my search. It was the complete opposite.

The searching criteria is vague, they acknowledge our preferences but did not find many profiles based on that. This is despite them mentioning during the onboarding call that they have enough profiles matching my preferences.

Forget the matching process for a second, giving them the benefit of the doubt that they tried their best. But they are the ones matching profiles - and count that towards the number of "matches" you have had on their platform. Meaning, it doesn't matter whether you and your potential match even spoke or not, they consider that as a valid "match". The definition of a match is really misleading, considering the dating culture we have today.

Finally, even if the matching process and number of matches is not an issue, the biggest turn off is their service itself. I paid a lot of money and found no value added than maybe if I was just on their lowest package. There is no sense of customer satisfaction from their side, they didn't once reach out with a strategy on how to improve my profile and took a lot of months to understand what my preferences were. The matches they find for you in a month don't go up if you pay more money, rather I think they went down.

I feel like I have given a lot of money to a charity who will hopefully help a lot of other people find what they are looking for.

Would I join this platform again? Absolutely not.

I had a deeply disappointing experience as a UK based person with Vows For Eternity, a US-based matchmaking service. Despite paying a significant fee, the service fell far short of what was promised — poor communication, lack of follow-through, and minimal value delivered. When I attempted to share my honest experience online, the company's CEO attempted to silence me by referencing confidentiality clauses.

I believe consumers have the right to leave honest reviews without fear of retaliation. I recommend anyone considering this service exercise extreme caution and do thorough research.

VFE works beyond our expectations toward making the prospective matrimonial relationships successful. Their dedication is unlike any other matrimonial bureau organization. From their counselling to relationship management, they're with us at every step. I really want to thank VFE for their support throughout this journey.

I was a member at VFE and I have to say that even through I did not find my life partner with them, I really liked their approach. There was no pushiness to make me sign up, which is the case otherwise for various other services. The people are warm, responsive, and super easy to talk to.

Matrimonial searches are taxing, especially for older people like me. But the team was empathetic and professional at the same time. I felt understood. The search has been slow but I was told that even before I became a client. No complaints.

Over the years, I have had many introductions coordinated by friends and family but i could barely connect or manage to like someone. I signed up with Vows for Eternity during COVID and things have been slow. However, the quality of the profiles that were shared with me has been well above average. Also, they don’t use any algorithms which is a big reason why I opted for this service.
