Update VPN
I hadn't used my VPN, for a while.
But I had issues trying to login with a different device.
Informed Keep Solid and within a few minutes I received an email asking for my issue, once explained got another email explaining what I needed to do.
So within 10 - 15 minutes all was done.

I have been using VPN Unlimited for several years. I have found it to be very reliable and fast. I had an issue with access on my mobile a few days ago. It was easy to get to support and I found them to be very response. Needless to say my issue was resolved quickly. I would recommend VPN unlimited.

Under-rated gem?
I had found VPN Unlimited to suit my needs to a T, except that log-in to the remote server occasionally was slow, so I decided to try a highly rated alternative.
Log-in times were better, but the app tried to do far more than I needed and really screwed up the rest of my computer/network system. Tech support was weak and slow. Finally I resolved all of the problems by deleting the app.
That app had made me delete VPN Unlimited so I went back to VPN for help. In less than an hour, everything, browser, email, etc. were back in working order.
VPN Unlimited does what you want, when you want it, and gets out of the way when you do not. In this case, simplicity is the ultimate virtue compared to the intrusive complexity of the competitor (highly rated by some other service).
