VRC Computers レビュー

Very impressed with the customer service of my order with VRC computers. I have placed 50-60 orders online for computer related items with many sellers. VRC Computers was the first company, which phoned me personally, to advise that my order was arranged and was ready for pickup by the courier. The shipment from Palmerston North to my residence in Auckland took only 1 business day. Thanks

Shipping was faster than expected, and Prices were so good I thought this website was sketchy and scam, was proven completely wrong

Amazing customer service - helpful, informative & went above and beyond to answer my queries. Would recommend & will shop here over & over.

Just and awesome company top notch and can be trusted. Would even recommend them to family and mates.

Fast response, goods arrived overnight, well packed. great price.

This company could so easily be a scam, yes the prices are cheap and the package was in great condition but that should be normal and expected. First, i had to nag and nag for the tracking code for my keyboard, next thing its a week after i’ve RECEIVED the product so you’d think i dont have to do anything right? its done right? NOPE they gave me my money and took it out again without my knowledge and that really really f**ked me over, i now have -271 in the bank and i wont even be able to pay rent now, i will NEVER buy from the store again unless they fix their attitude and try to properly help but i hardly believe they’d so such a thing as they also would make excuses for these problems. 0/10 fu***ng horrible and it’s ruined my whole week
NOT WORTH SHOPPING HERE EVER

Ordering was easy and delivery was faster than expected.

Very fast! Only took 2 or 3 days

Communication was great, order was acknowledged instantly, and I knew what was going on every step of the way. It was sent out quickly as well. Product was well packed and arrived in perfect condition.

No problem, with this retailer. Postage was a bit slow (but mostly blame NZ post for that).. over 1 wk nationwide urban area.
