While there were some issues with the location details provided to us, and we attended the original location provided to us by your brekadown provider and searched around this area before we arrived to the correct location provided by yourself, we recognise that the wait time you experienced was not ideal and we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused. We are working closely with our recovery teams to improve communication and response times to ensure a better service in the future.
