Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. We are truly sorry to hear that the results have not been visible yet, especially after investing in both products.

Our nose patches are not a one-time solution and the results typically reflect consistent use over time rather than a single application. We genuinely recommend using the patches for at least a month, as the skin needs time to respond and the buildup inside the pores does not clear overnight.

The good news is that you already have everything you need to see real results. The salicylic acid works deep inside the pore to dissolve and loosen buildup before the patch is applied, which allows the patch to absorb much more effectively overnight. Used two to three times per week on the evenings before patch application, many customers start to notice a visible difference once this routine is followed consistently. Consistency truly is the key here.

Grazie per aver condiviso la tua esperienza con noi.

Le nostre patch per il naso sono progettate per essere completamente delicate sulla pelle e non dovrebbero causare dolore o irritazione durante la rimozione. Quello che potresti aver notato è l'idrocelluloide che assorbe olio e impurità dalla superficie dei pori durante la notte, il che può a volte far sembrare la patch più aderente al mattino, in particolare per le pelli che producono più sebo.

Un semplice consiglio che può fare una grande differenza è inumidire leggermente i bordi della patch prima di rimuoverla e poi sollevarla lentamente e delicatamente da un angolo piuttosto che pelarla rapidamente. Questo aiuta l'adesivo a staccarsi dalla pelle in modo più naturale, senza tirare o causare fastidio.

Our patches are made from medical-grade hydrocolloid and work differently from traditional pore strips. Rather than removing everything at once, they are designed to gently absorb excess oil and surface buildup from the pores over time, gradually improving the appearance of the pores and keeping them cleaner with consistent use. Results also tend to improve significantly when paired with a 2% salicylic acid exfoliant a few times per week, as this helps loosen buildup deep inside the pore and allows the patch to absorb much more effectively overnight.

I’m really sorry to hear this was your experience. I completely understand how frustrating that must have been.

The patches are designed to adhere best on clean, dry skin without any skincare underneath, as even small amounts of oil or product can affect how well they stick. That said, they should still stay in place once applied, so this is not the experience we want you to have.
