Within 15 mins of making a call to the store to make aware of this, a member of staff had traced the issue and gone out to collect my order from the wrong address and collected the incorrect one from my home in order to rectify the issue. Very friendly and helpful staff when you call in. The shop is very clean and not full of vape (have experienced other shops which you open tge door and met with what looks like fog!
