VH Services レビュー

I have been a loyal customer to the company for several years years and although they at good and I have always been happy with the oven clean service, I m very disappointed with them now. Sept 2025 they came cleaned my oven and suggested I needed a new seal stating they would order it and said they would fit it on my next oven clean. Sept 17 2026 they came cleaned the oven, but no seal, Steve was unaware of this, He took photos and promptly order a new seal. 24 sept I received text saying the seal had arrived and to contact them, although they were Charging me £93 for seal and fitting I arranged for them to come out Monday 28th sept, 1:30 I received a phone call off Mark asking me if I was expecting him, yes I was, to be told the seal had not arrived and they would contact me Tuesday to come and fit it, Wed 30 sep still waiting to hear. Well I definitely will not recommend them now and next year will be using another company
Don’t trust their after care they are not reliable

The booking process was very efficient and everything ran smoothly from the time of booking right through to the completion of the job. Mark was very pleasant, he prepared the area really well and I’m really pleased with the result. I would definitely recommend Mark and this service.

Brilliant service from the guys who came, initially it was for a leather settee to be cleaned by Dave,as soon as he came in said it wanted to be restored, left the choice to me to be cleaned or restored, wasn't pressured at all,Dave was a very knowledgeable guy, very friendly ,easy to talk to as asked a load of questions, then came along Joe again very friendly, again knew what he was talking about,I would definitely recommend this company 100%they just don't do leather settees, clean cookers etc and are very through, easy to book, the guy's were great, highly recommend

After having a few cleans on the oven from different companies I was just meh 🫤 see how this one does.
I can honestly say I was blown away with Carlos. His oven clean and care he took around our kitchen was first class. He also made conversations with everyone in the house as they came and out of the kitchen. He left the liven like it was brand new and we felt like not cooking on it 😂
Thanks again guys
