Γενικά πολύ εξαιρετική θαυμάσια και περιμένω το chain εύχομαι να μου έρθει σε 15 μέρες αυτά και όσοι θέλετε να πάρετε chains αξίζει ο κόπος να περιμένεις γιατί κάτι που δεν το έχει κανείς και θα το έχεις μόνο εσύ και το λέω γενικά

Shipping was not as bad as other reviewers made it seem my jewelry came pretty quick and I was surprised with the quality and shine of the items I got, for sure I'm a Happy Customer!

I absolutely love my necklace and bracelet. The shine hits hard, I get compliments every time I wear them. Thank you VVSBOX for helping me step up my game.

I ordered a necklace from VVSBox that was advertised as moissanite. According to their description, they sell moissanite stones, which are supposed to be laboratory diamonds and should pass a diamond tester.

When the necklace arrived, I was extremely disappointed. The chain was clearly NOT moissanite. It did not pass a diamond tester at all and did not have the look or quality of real moissanite.

When I contacted their customer service to point this out, I received a very unprofessional and misleading response. They told me that:
• “For moissanite you have to pay more”
• There are “different versions” of moissanite
• And that “not all moissanite passes diamond testers”

This is simply not true. If you claim to sell real moissanite (lab-grown diamonds), the stones should pass a diamond tester. If they don’t, then it is not real moissanite. Advertising it as such is misleading and dishonest.

When I asked for a refund, they refused to properly help me. They said I would have to pay a very high return shipping cost myself, because the products are shipped from China, and they were not willing to cover these costs. The only “solution” they offered was a discount to place another order, meaning I would have to spend even more money after already being scammed.

Overall, this feels like false advertising, poor customer service, and no responsibility taken for selling incorrect products. I would not recommend VVSBox to anyone looking for real moissanite jewelry.

Be very careful before ordering.

I ordered a ring that sait it has moissanite and a chain that said it has moissanite. It took forever to get to my address. Then when I opened it and I'm super pissed. The jewelry that was sent to me definitely doesn't have moissanite. Plus I paid extra to cover mistakes or problems in shipping. This company lies to you about the products on their website. Then they will rip you off and send some crappy jewelry. And when you try to get your money back they make it impossible to get your money back.

The description of my order suppose to Mossanite Necklace and Bracelet. It wasn't. I have a diamond tester and it didn't test out to be Mossanite. The necklace and bracelet are nice but it'd not Mossanite. False advertisement. It would been 5 stars but I got fooled

I've looked everywhere for it to simple. so if there is a way to see your estimated delivery date, it's not as simple as click here. Neither is tracking your delivery...
