These people are absolute scams they give the shittiest quality fake watch for real prices. Watch came with scratches on it as well absolutely terrible quality. Then upon trying to return for a refund they tell you they take a 30% restocking fee which is huge I spent 700$ Aud 30% of that is insane to take when it’s not my fault. I had to do a charge back with my bank. They then proceeded to email me saying they would sue me for a false charge back. In the end of course I got my money back from my bank. They are absolutely ridiculous

This is one of a category of fake retailers who specialize in very slick websites and photos, horrible knockoff quality products, promises of great customer service, and then absolutely no way to return, despite the money back guarantee. They ask you to send the product back to China, though they ship it to you from NY. Total frauds - stay away from them!

$400 watch that doesn't keep good time nor even keep running despite being an "automatic" while being worn. Chinese junk.. assume any replacement with also be junk.. lessoned learned about chinese "custom" builds.

I bought 1 watch they charged me for 2 . They sell mod watches and have no idea of what they are doing . Their customer service is deplorable. Buy the time I finally was through with them the salesman called me dude and told me to go buy you stuff somewhere else. Until I got things straight I put the two charges in dispute then they issued a temporary credit then accused me of trying to steal from them and threatened me with legal action. Stay far away from this company they are clueless and each customer service person is dumber than the other.
