Used these guys twice - once for an Audi Symphony II radio and then for a RNS-E. Both times, it took about 6-8 hours, but both times the code came in an email and worked perfectly. I suppose the 2-hour interval claim is optimistic, but they do come through. Great service to have.

Paid for the code. First it was a 2 hour wait, then I was told 7 hours more via email. It is now the next day and the only response is the generic immediate response that is worth nothing. One email has a phone number listed that is fake.

Don't go to the dealership! This is way easier and cheaper and customer service responds to emails almost immediately.

I bought an OEM radio from a wrecker and I needed a code asap. I had never experienced this before. vwcodes was simple, quick and efficient. They communicated effectively and ultimately got my code to me in less time than they promised. The code worked and I couldn’t be happier!

I had a great experience today on what I thought was unsolvable. The senior VW tech at my local dealership confirmed that VW could not get the codes directly and had to rely on a server connection to upload them directly to the car the radio was installed on. The security has been upgraded a while ago and it's out of the dealerships hands.
