Hard to work with and inconsistent communication. What's really weird is that if you'd like to ask questions, all you have is a general email address that appears to go to the whole company instead of just my accountant or tax person. I told them the structure of my business many times over the phone and email and it wasn't until the 4th time that I guess they wrote it down and had my business written down correctly.

I would not recommend Vyde based on my experience this year. I had multiple scheduled calls that were missed and messages/emails were often not answered.

The bookkeeping numbers in the system were repeatedly inconsistent with my bank statements/records, even after multiple correction requests and calls. I spent significant time redoing the bookkeeping myself just to verify and fix what was being reported.

I canceled my subscription and switched to another CPA so I can file correctly. I am requesting a refund due to the lack of delivered service; if it’s not resolved directly, I will dispute the charge through my bank and escalate through the BBB.

Jordan called me on time and expressed interest in the business I am starting. He gave great advice and answered all of my questions.

Attempted start a business in early 2025 vyde came recommendes by the platform where i registered my LLC. At first contact they appair professuonal with webinars and watsnot to keep you engauges. The assures me they can file my personal tax for 2024 and file quarterly for the business 2025 business year. After mounting fustration for my 2024 taxs to be completes i received nothing myt smoke. They constantly ask for more information over and over.

Its now november 2025. After mounting fustration to get my 2024 taxes complete i called and tryed to arrange meetings with my accountant nothing. Last week with my back against the wall i booked another accountant and informed vyde of my fustration and the inpoerance of having my 2024 taxes done and informed them that i no longer require there service. Visited another accounting firm which did my 2024 tax same day.

Now all of asudden vyde has completed my taxes as well. I dont undersrand theae things but im hoping the my 2024 tax was not duplicates l.

Do not use this company. The ask for tje same onfo over and over. They just sit and collect your monthly paymwnt and dont do s#$t

Total bait and switch.

We secured a 'deal' on 2023 and 2024 tax returns for a better price (two years for the cost of 1.5).

When the time came for the 2024 return, Vyde just said that we'd have to pay an additional fee for 2024 (as if there was no deal). When we pointed out that we have a written (over email and PDF) contract for the two, there was a 4-week silence (no response to emails, calls, anything) after which we got an email saying that "whoever made the contract should not have committed to the two year thing" and we were offered a _discount_ on the 2024 one.

Needless to say, we accepted our loss, cancelled any business we had with Vyde (they were the provider of multiple accounts from our employer), and moved our business to a lawful, legitimate CPA.

Never again. Totally not trustworthy, and borderline fraudulent.

(The CPA they had also made a mistake in our Return, which we were able to correct, but would have cost us an additional $4000 if we hadn't caught it).

Johnathan has always taken care of questions and concerns in a very timely and professional manner.

It started out good or well ok. Much better than Bench. Then things slowly have gone downhill. Taxes taking extremely long time to be filed. Like it's just about July in a few days and they are just filing my personal taxes. I would call and schedule tax meetings to stay on top of things and they would not have any info for me on my estimated tax payments etc. As a result I paid less than the estimated amount which will result in a fine. They had just refused to give me an answer on the amount. At one point the tax person just stopped responding to email and then a couple months later i get an email that there's a new person in charge of my account. I also tried to talk to them about my tax liability at the end of the year and asked to help me plan so I can purchase some assets for the business and reduce my tax liability and they would not do that either and now i have a tax bill of something like 24k! Ridiculous. I could have made purchase for the company and had $0 liability if they would have just helped me properly. Do yourself a favor and no matter how much more expensive a local book keeper, cpa, tax accountant etc is just pay for it. Vyde sucks. I'll be stopping my Vyde service as soon as I find someone local.

A trusted bookkeeping and tax filing company, a very much needed for a business owner.

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at Vyde.io. I signed up with clear expectations—specifically that I needed my returns completed this month for a Line of Credit application. I told the salesperson this up front, yet I was never informed that meeting this timeline wouldn’t be possible because they don't file accrual based business returns. You would think this would be mentioned upfront before I signed up, right? Nope, I found out weeks later.

Weeks went by with no progress. I spent hours uploading documents—multiple times—because the accounting team either didn’t know how to access the centralized file upload center or kept saying they couldn’t find my files. I even sent screenshots showing exactly where the documents were, but it didn’t help. I only got any kind of update after reaching out to someone directly myself.

This level of disorganization and lack of internal communication is unacceptable. From sales to accounting, the team clearly needs better training. The delays forced me to look for a new CPA, which has created major issues for my business.

Overall, this experience was a waste of time and incredibly frustrating. I expected far better.

If I could give a **negative star rating**, I would. One star is far too generous and definitely undeserved.

I strongly advise against using this company. My experience has been nothing short of a disaster. Their communication is practically nonexistent, and their blatant disregard for deadlines has left us in a terrible situation. Despite paying for services well in advance, they failed to deliver, causing us to miss a crucial tax filing deadline.

Emails went unanswered, and the customer service is essentially non-existent. After submitting my documents, the return was prepared incorrectly. I immediately flagged the issue via email (their only method of communication), and predictably, I never received a response.

This company clearly has no regard for its clients or the serious consequences of their inaction. If you are paying for their services—STOP NOW. File a complaint with the Better Business Bureau like I did.

They are unreliable, unprofessional, and simply shouldn't be in business. I was left scrambling at the last minute to find a reliable tax professional after months of trusting this company to handle my returns. Don't fall for their inevitable excuses, which will likely attempt to shift the blame onto you. Trust me—**AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!**

If there had been a NEGATIVE ZERO Star, it would have been selected; however, a 1 Star was the lowest applicable choice but definitely not deserving.

I strongly advise against using Vyde. This has been an absolutely awful experience. Their poor communication and lack of responsiveness will cause us to miss an important tax deadline for which we PAID for services weeks ago. Their customer service is nonexistent. Despite multiple attempts to contact them concerning our Personal Returns, our emails have gone ignored. My Personal return was attempted YET Incorrect. I notified the Tax Specialist IMMEDIATELY Via Email (The only communication available to them) with no response.

They clearly do not care about their clients or the consequences of their INACTION. If you are paying any money to this company for any service STOP Immediately and join me in sharing all complaints with the Better Business Bureau.

This company should not be in business, as they have demonstrated they are unreliable and unprofessional. Avoid Vyde at all costs. It is October 13th, a federal Holiday is on October 14th and the Extension Deadline to the IRS is the 15th and now we are left scrambling trying to find someone professional and reliable to do our returns after paying this company months ago! UNBELIEVABLE!

We have asked multiple times if something was missing or if they needed any additional information to no Avail as I know their excuse will be to deflect to us - DO NOT BELIEVE THEM or Fall For it! DO NOT - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

This company is really is a bookkeeping company disguised as a tax preparation/filing company.
The 1 star is for there bookkeeping, they are excellent with this. After this there is nothing to good to say. They have terrible customer service, they only respond to email. If you call no one has an answer to your questions. They respond with the same message, "we forward this information and get back to you" and no one never gets back to you. I sent over all my tax documents in February 2024 and its now October 2024 and my taxes are still not filed. No communication with tax accountant since June. I've had to take matters into my hands and paid extra money to get my taxes filed. Glad I did. Its frustrating because after I setup my LLC with Incflie, they recommend this company. I thought with would be great for a small business. Subscription went up from $95 to $125. They take your money but don't provide services they say they offer. Bogus.

Absolutely horrible. Don't think about it! I made the mistake of signing up to their free trial after I used IncFile before turning into Bizee. Ive called them every month to check on the status of my taxes and now they are 7 months late. They switched over from Mazuma USA and all the One Star reviews are exactly what I've been dealing with. No one answers my calls or questions and this has become more of a headache. Whichever 5 Star Reviews Mazuma USA has is definitely fake because I wish there was 1% truth to them. I couldn't have been more upset, I paid $900 for them to do my taxes for 2 years and I think I'm just gonna take the loss and go somewhere else because they aren't responding to my calls or emails anymore. My representative is Arvin and all I get is that my taxes are expected to be done in 2 more weeks since March. Its almost September and they're still requesting documents that I've already confirmed I don't need since the beginning.
