Buongiorno, ho fatto un ordine di tre integratori, mi sono arrivati solo due mi manca la Vitamina K2,come devo fare ?..mi hanno mandato solo due integratori....li lascio il numero di ordine...IT13000000441...non è possibile,che nessuno risponde oppure mi deve restituire i soldi..

I ordered some vitamis from italy its been 1 months No delivery No respond to my e-mail and phone line is always busy

At the end company respond and l got my order by 6 weeks delay

pacco arrivato con alcuni prodotti mancanti e la clorofilla pagata il doppio del prezzo che avete in vendita e non capisco il motivo..questo provoca in me molta irritazione..perche email non aattiva numero del vostro servizio clienti non attivo cosa devo fare per avere i prodotti mancanti e da me pagati? siete pregati a contattarmi grazie

Great company, I have been ordering from them for more than a year. Prices are great, their delivery processing is on par with the best, always very quick and accurate (no incorrect/missing items). Highly recommended.

I ordered some vitamins May 15th for delivery in Ireland. I received the order today June 11th
Had to query order / delivery a number of days after expected delivery time and then was offered refund.

I chose to continue with order and it took another 2 weeks to be delivered.

I was not informed of any delay to delivery - I had to pursue BigVits for an update each time.

Do I really care about delivery times, when the product it self has very poor quality? Of course not. it’s a lesson learned. Always read ingredients before you buy! Why supplements have to have so many nasties inside them? For our own good health? Normally I buy my supplements from one British company, which never use any chemicals, however the specific supplement I was looking for they don’t have, so I ended up buying some supplements from here.
And I can’t even return the bottles because they have already been opened.

Good products (I used to order this particular brand via Amazon, as a US import...expensive and time consuming). Now available from Bigvits. Outstanding service. Delivery ALWAYS fast and reliable. Will be using them regularly. :)

I tried Bigvits as their prices for the multivitamins were very good. I ordered and they arrived the very next day, and I didn't pay extra for this as postage was free due to the amount spent. Not only that I had regular emails on the status of my Royal mail delivery. That is exceptional service. I shall certainly be using them again. 11/10
