Amazing Shop i have enjoyed buying many watches at Waecce he is such a good guy totally straight down the line and definitely wont sell you a dud unlike other shops

I recently bought a neo vintage Cartier through Wæcce and it was a brilliant experience, couldn’t recommend it enough.

Tom the owner is a true gent, he is highly responsive via and extremely knowledgeable about all the pieces in his shop. He’s always there to answer any questions you may have and support you in the purchasing journey.

I have been collecting watches for a few years now and this has stood out as one of the best buying experiences so far!

Tom was very responsive. He shipped it to me by DHL at my request even though that was not his normal way of shipping. The bracelet was perfect...a really great product and exactly as described. I highly recommend anyone buying from him!

When stumbling across a watch I was curious about, I got in contact with the owner, who was incredibly kind, helpful, passionate about his watches and extremely knowledgeable. I stumbled upon WAECCE while searching for vintage watches. Much to my surprise I found something I had been looking for. I was taught long ago that you buy the person and then you buy the watch but I wasn't going to be able to do that with this purchase. My obvious concern was making a $2200 purchase on a website in a foreign country.

After a few emails with Tom I decided to make the purchase and I could not be happier. Not only did it arrive in less than a week, it was packaged perfectly and was better in person than online.

I highly recommend Tom/WAECCE and he will be on my weekly search list from here on out.

I was shopping around for a specific vintage piece online and then I came across Waecce - a dealer I had not had experience with before. I contacted them to inquire about a specific watch I was interested in. I had quite a few questions about the watch and Tom (owner) was nothing short of a professional, his responses were prompt and honest and he provides a high level of customer service to his potential customers. I certainly consider myself a novice in my journey of collecting vintage watches, most people would stay away from vintage watches due to the many potential pitfalls. Many websites give good advice on what to do and what NOT to do when it comes to buying vintage pieces, and the most important piece of advice seems to be “Buy the seller, not the piece.” My interactions with Tom made me pull the trigger on something that I had only seen photos of. The item arrived very quickly and it was just as what it was described. Tom even contacted me to follow up when the parcel was stuck at customs. Many sellers / dealers stop caring once the transaction is completed. I am certainly not obligated to write this review but I really wanted to show Waecce my appreciation and give them recognition on the way they conduct their business and how they treat their customers, which is something that is few and far between in today’s highly globalized market that is flooded with mediocre products with mediocre customer service. I bought the seller in my purchase and I am very happy that I did.

I was looking at the Omega Chronostop for the last month. When I asked questions about the watch. The answers were knowledgeable and passionate. You can tell that Tom has a huge passion for watches. This is my first time purchasing from Tom at Waecee and I could not be more impressed. Finding quality authentic vintage watches online can be a challenge but you can rest easy purchasing from Waecce. Firstly, the service from Tom was excellent. Tom was incredibly helpful, friendly and enthusiastic, and went above and beyond, quickly answering questions I had about the watch and providing extra information and photos. The watch was dispatched straight away after purchase and arrived very well packaged the next working day (ordered on and shipped over the weekend).

I am incredibly pleased with the watch. The vintage Omega I purchased is exactly as it was described in the detailed and well written listing and how it appeared in the comprehensive photos on the website. I was very happy with the price paid and, most importantly of all, the watch looks and feels even better on the wrist than I could have hoped for and keeps great time.
Overall, I highly recommend purchasing vintage watches from Tom at Waecce - I'm sure I will be again soon!
