I placed an order on 28th November and it was never dispatched. Since then (up to 17th January) I’ve contracted them on 14 occasions about a refund but all I receive is what I’m guessing is an AI generated response with excuse after excuse after excuse. There is no address or contact number on their website and they are not listed at Companies House. It seems like a scam and I’ll have to write off the money I paid - it’s only about 20 quid but that’s not the point.

Never received a reply after contacting to get a refund. The item took 14 days to arrive and after checking their website their return policy is 14 days since order placement, coincidence? I think not...

The quality of the item received is poor and looks like it was shipped from China.
