Well, I'm 73 and not exactly what you'd call "tech savvy" but my granddaughter helped me download this contraption for my little Jack Russell, Patches. She's been getting more anxious as she's gotten older, especially during our frequent desert thunderstorms here in Arizona.

The subscription is less than clear and had I known this was the cost I would never have signed up in the first place. Have asked to cancel the subscription, let’s see what happens. 😡😡

Just ordered this for my 6 month old rescue. Had the chance to play 2 songs and now nothing!!!! No training tips, nothing! What comes up is an extended offer with a coupon, which I don't want because I can't even access what I've paid for!!! I can't reach out to their customer service because I can't find their information to do so!!!! I'd definitely say this is a scam!!! I'm very upset with this so called company!!! Get off the internet and quit stealing off people who are hard workers!!! Try working yourself!!¡!
