DO NOT BUY- I purchased two products from Waistora, and both caused intense itchiness and redness on my skin. I immediately emailed their support team to report the adverse reactions and request a full refund. Instead of helping, they refused to issue a full refund and completely stopped responding to my emails. It is completely unacceptable to sell irritating products and then ignore customers when they have a bad reaction. Shop elsewhere if you value your health and customer support!

Their return policy is there to get you. I ordered my waist trainer based on the measurements they recommend on their website but the straps are not adjustable. I can’t wear my vest as the straps are too long and just stay there hanging. They won’t let me return it and the costumer service is terrible, they don’t help you at all. I even think I’m just emailing a bot and not a real person as they keep saying the same thing and ignoring my concerns. Their product will not suit all bodies and they won’t let you return an unused vest that, unfortunately, I won’t be able to wear. I would avoid at any cost!
