After struggling to let go of a long time companion bird, Chrissy and Gary were so understanding and supportive in helping me move forward, and knowing that my little feathered friend was just as important and respected as any family member made it much easier,the farewell room is lovely and peaceful. Very good service came out to collect my beautiful staffy and treated her well I did like the room my dog was in she looked at peace and lok after u so well I appreciate everything u did yesterday and today she finally bk home were she belongs Thank-you so much Gary and Chrissy thanks Charlotte

I used Walkers today for the first time and I was very pleased with their service. Chrissy and Gary were both amazing and took the stress out of a difficult situation. They showed compassion and empathy to me and my family and gave my beautiful girl a dignified cremation. The best part was being able to have my girl home the same day. Thank you so so much. You have no idea how much your kindness meant to me today.

On our toughest day, we were so lucky to find Walkers. From the moment Gary answered the phone I knew we were in good hands, he and Chrissy are both wonderful and supportive and understanding and they think of everything.
Our girl left us suddenly and we wanted to have her home that night, and Gary and Chrissy did a same day cremation for us. They are 24h as well. We were given some time in a beautiful little room to say goodbye which was so personal and what we needed. We'd been in touch with a couple of bigger chains and they felt so impersonal for what a special dog we had and all the service she'd done, I'm so glad we found Walkers who gave us the space and the care. We knew Gary would look after her right til the end. They gave us a pawprint and nose print and we'd mentioned a tattoo so they kept back some ashes in case we wanted some in the ink. They thought of everything. We have some fur as well. For such a horrible day for us, it really went so much better with the care and support of Walkers and we will be forever grateful. I would absolutely recommend to anyone who's lost their companion.

Cannot recommend this company enough gary and christine have made our loss of our beloved princess a little bareable they explain everything that is going to happen they are there if u need a cry if u need a cuddle cuppa tissue they think of everything to make the journey of your beloved pet just a little bit easier and me personally I think having their fur babies there made a difference as well.got to say the farewell room is so beautiful and peaceful they truly are amazing couple who carnt do enough to make things easier for you

We lost our beloved Lucy on Friday 18/10/24. Our loss was totally unexpected. Lucy was only 10 years and 3 months old a stunning, loyal amazing Lhasa Apso. She was more than a dog, she was our world. Gary collected Lucy from hospital and brought her to her final resting place. We couldn’t have asked for a more compassionate and understanding man. We got our beloved Lucy back within hours and this made our grief bearable. We were greeted by Gary, Alfie and Skyla and told stories of their beloved Pepper who they lost on their opening day. We chose Pepper’s Pot, though at the time we didn’t realise that our beloved Lucy would rest here. It was meant to be. There are no words to heal grief, but I hope our review makes your choice to choose this amazing family to lay your loved ones to rest. Until we meet again our darling Lucy, fly high over the rainbow bridge.

I can not thank Gary and Chrissy enough for everything they have done... Unfortunately this is my 2nd time using their services, however yet again they have gone above and beyond and given both Lady and Stripe wonderful send offs. They are so loving with the pets brought in and treat them like they would their own

Been a really tough 24 hours loosing my very young foster furbaby & Gary treated me, my daughter & Nero with care & compassion.

The farewell room is beautiful & peaceful & gave me extra time to say goodbye to Nero.
Gary didn't rush me & I could spend as much time as I wanted with my little boy.

The treatment we received was outstanding & a perfect send off in every possible way, I was able to collect Nero the same day & he is home where he belongs. Thank you so much.

We cannot thank Gary and chrissy enough for what they have done for us today after loosing our beloved family dog ,so pleased we found them , the service they offer is so personal there is no pressure with them what so ever , proper genuine caring people. Chrissy and Gary were absolutely wonderful they picked Rosie up in 20 minutes, talked about what we wanted , kept me informed and brought her back the next day with a lovely handwritten card would not hesitate in recommending them

Chrissy & Gary were so kind, they looked after our beautiful Cat Chuckles with care and compassion. They talked us through the process even though we were in tears, and were there to provide all the support we needed at the end of her life.
Even picking up her ashes the next day they talked to us and let us cry, with hugs and kindness all the way.
Thank you both so much, you are two of the nicest people and we couldn't have asked for more xx

I can't recommend Chrissy and Gary enough! They made what was a heartbreaking process somehow beautiful. They treated my girl with such love the second they saw her, and us too! I felt so at ease leaving her with them, as I knew they would treat her with so much care and dignity. They explained everything with care, they don't rush you, they had Poppy back home with me the same day, which is a decision I was pleased I made in the end! I do not think I could have made a better decision that day, when I was worried my grief would cloud my judgement. It didn't. If you're in the same sad position as I was, then Chrissy and Gary are absolutely the way to go! Recommend them 1,000,000%!!

I can not express how amazing these people are. I telephoned at 5.15 am when we needed their service. Gary and Chrissy were there within 20 mins. Their compassion eased the pain of losing our beloved furbaby. Our beautiful boy was treated with the love and dignity he deserved. The farewell room is beautiful and gave us extra time to say goodbye. We didn't feel rushed in the process, and no time limits were given. The service they provide is above and beyond anything you could imagine. There is no way they could improve their service it was perfect, and they made it a celebration of our dogs life instead of a macabre experience. I can not recommend this place enough 5*4

My Kai passed away overnight on a Saturday night, I called and Chrissy could not have been more compassionate as I cried down the phone whilst trying to make arrangements. When I dropped Kai off I was greeted with a much needed hug and time to talk about Kai and how he had been such a big part of my life. The time spent saying goodbye to him was precious and there was no pressure to hurry. The service from start to end was warm, compassionate and professional. Thank you Chrissy.
