After two weeks of not receiving my order, I finally contacted them. They got back to me right away and got right on it. I am disappointed that the order is taking so long but the customer service was great.

Won't purchase from this company again. Apparently, if you buy something on sale, you can't exchange for the correct size. It's not eligible for a return either.

Great slippers. Very comfortable and provide good support. Plus they are well made and last a long time. My friend got a pair of the shoes and said they are his favorite shoes.

I like the shoes very much. This review is not about the product, but the company Walkhero itself. I've had 2 orders from them. They highlight FREE US SHIPPING. Yet both orders done 2m apart both came from overseas. And guess what, had to wait damn near 30days for my product to arrive. Not the 7days they mention on their website. And if planning for a gift, order over a mo ahead to guarantee they come on time. Called them and all they say: is to return the product in the ORIGINAL BOX. Yet mine came in bags, no box. So no help there either. Just blah and a sense of unhappiness. Not sure what's going on over there, but they seem to work as dropship, than this large Company they express themselves to be. And if your just gonna throw the sense of the word, US. Don't mess with the US.

No interaction with chat and promo code did not code.

My feet is picky with footwear, since it easily aches on all random places. Walkhero is really a hero! Now my feet is fine even with long walks and extraneous activities.

YOU SENT THE WRONG SIZE ON BOTH PAIR ! I HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR A RETURN LABEL SO I CAN GET A REFUND !! NOTHING AS OF YET !!??

I purchased a pair of womens mules with arch support. I suffer from Fibromyalgia and Osteoarthritis and have had back and neck surgery. Walking for any length of time is very hard to do. I bought these without expecting much, as with any shoes I have bought. I was extremely surprised when I stepped into these. Oh my gosh, these started molding to my foot right away. The wide toe box gives me more room than any shoe I have & the fit is perfect. I am 77 years old and have never had shoes that didn't bother my toes. After walking in tennis shoes today doing errands I wanted to cry,but,I came home &slipped into these shoes ,and within minutes my pain was gone. I am going to buy another pair and would highly recommend this shoe to anyone with foot and heel pain. The price,the fit,the comfort, all exceeded my expectations. Thank you Walk Hero for making such a wonderful product.I rarely write reviews but felt this shoe deserved it. I had a few questions and customer service was excellent.

Because of the shoe being too large the company replaced my shoes- thank you Walk Hero I can now wear the shoes!

I bought these for my husband and my son for Christmas and they absolutely love them. They are very comfortable.

WalkHero refunded the entirety of my order. This was a very pleasant surprise because one pair of shoes was a final sale and not eligible for return. When I asked for a return shipping label they explained that I should keep the shoes and donate them to someone needy.

Update#1:
I received my products in a damaged box, 10 days after ordering, that was after I complained and they supposedly pushed the shipper.
The description of the shoes I ordered specifically stated, "Enjoy the freedom of a wide forefoot area designed to accommodate conditions like bunions and hammertoes." but they were too tight

One pair of shoes was in New Jersey, without moving for 4 days. The other item hadn't left China after 4 days. Had I known products were coming from China, I would not have ordered.

Love these shoes, I have had to purchase very expensive shoes for my foot pain, decided to look into something more affordable. These shoes are better than most I’ve paid much more for. Bought the slip-ons first, then a pair of tennis shoes, and just ordered the insoles.

Women's Supportive Pain Relief Slip-Ons got good reviews on the website. I purchased them to relieve Morton's Neuroma while walking around the hardwood floors in my apartment. They work! So comfortable and a great price. These are the most reasonable prices for high quality comfort shoes. Easy to use the website. I will definitely purchase from them again.

I have tried way too many brands, I always wear out the shoes too quickly due to my walking and running routine. I have gone through Sketchers,Brooks, Reebok, Nike, and Hoka and they all wear out in 2 months, except for the sketchers that wore out in 3 weeks. Walkhero has been great, it is the only shoe I buy now. I have not purchased a sneaker that was not Walkhero since 2023.

False advertising. These are not quality shoes for people with foot problems or otherwise. Also, returns process has you jumping thru hoops, and NOWHERE is free return shipping mentioned. THEY HAVE BBB COMPLAINTS AS WELL.
