I’m very happy with the service at the Harley Street blood clinic. The customer service is excellent, and every time I’ve needed their services, the experience has been smooth and reassuring.

Both the phlebotomist and the receptionist are very kind, professional, and welcoming. They make you feel comfortable and well cared for, which really makes a difference. I highly recommend this clinic.

The booking procedure was very straightforward and did not require payment upfront, or a holding credit card, which was refreshing. The clinic was easy to find, very clean and the receptionist welcoming. The GP I saw was excellent and put me at ease. I had plenty of time for the consultation and payment at the end was easy.

I had a great experience with Harley health Centre for my blood tests. The staff were professional, friendly, and made the whole process very smooth. What really stood out was how quickly I received my results. much faster than expected. Would definitely recommend and wouldn’t hesitate to use their services again.

I recently attended the Harley Street Health Centre for a blood test and was extremely happy with the entire experience, particularly the care and aftercare provided by Dr Enam Abood.

As someone who is mildly phobic of needles, I was pleasantly surprised to find that the blood draw was, quite genuinely, painless. The process was calm, professional, and reassuring from start to finish.

What impressed me further was the efficiency — my blood test results were delivered within 24 hours via a secure email system, which exceeded my expectations.

I then had a follow-up consultation with Dr Enam Abood, who is not only friendly and professional, but clearly highly experienced and knowledgeable. Her bedside manner is exceptional. She took the time to go through my blood test report line by line, explaining everything clearly and patiently — something I have never experienced before, especially at a busy central London Harley Street clinic.

Following this, I was given clear advice and appropriate medication to address my minor ailments, along with guidance on how to further improve my overall health.

I cannot praise Dr Abood and the Harley Street Health Centre highly enough for anyone considering a blood test or health check. An outstanding and reassuring experience all round.

Excellent clinic. Professionally run and fast turn around for results. I have been using this clinic for years and I have always received an excellent service and whenever I have had queries they have been very quick to respond. Highly recommend.

The office was warm and welcoming. I did not have to wait for the doctor to see me. The doctor listened well, checked me over and prescribed a treatment that was helpful.

I have used the clinic twice in the last year for the Silver blood test. Booking is simple and you can get appointments quickly. On arrival everything is streamlined and the reception and medical staff friendly and efficient. I had the results (a comprehensive list) the same day or following day and they helpfully highlight any which seem high or low. Great value.

I've recently had a couple of GP appointments and tests done here, and I'm quite happy with my experience so far. I spoke to two GPs on the phone, which worked well for me since I'm struggling to get out and about - they were both same day appointments too! I felt listened to and not rushed, which I must say is not my usual experience with GPs. The conversations I had felt like a collaboration, without a strong hierarchy or power imbalance; it was refreshing to feel respected and have an acknowledgement that, while I'm not a medical professional, I am very well informed on my chronic health conditions and so can make educated guesses on what's going on and what I need. I also had great experiences with the people at the reception desk when I went in person for my blood and urine tests. They were friendly and helpful. I got the results for both tests promptly and within the expected time frame I was given. Especially when considering the very reasonable price (at least compared to other private services I have used), I am very happy that I've come across this private GP. I originally thought I was just going to get a urine sample through them and continue dealing with what's going on by myself, as I tend to avoid going to medical professionals unless strictly necessary due to previous experiences. However, I think I might actually appreciate getting continued support from this practice and - even once this acute problem is resolved - I can see myself coming back for other issues if needed, whether chronic or acute!

Never new about this clinic earlier, and was surprised they are literally round the corner from where I work. Excellent customer service and speedy delivery of results, coupled with their efficiency, professionalism, and friendly staff who create a calm and reassuring atmosphere
