I had a delay on my order and it was resolved and my order was delivered in a couple of days thank you

when I need parts they has them

Canadian web site no existant or closed , Web site said a 10 % discount , it was not applied , I asked if I could ship on my shipping account answer NO we have to use UPS .... begrudgingly paid extra for a 3 day delivery and was shipped 7 days later ... the product arrived ok and was easy to assemble so the product was fine

Under very difficult circumstances the team at Walkin pets was like we knew them, they were extremely helpful and understanding of our situation.

I have going back and forth with this company via email about an order I placed on October 5 and have yet to receive a shipping update let alone my order.

My dog was suddenly diagnosed with rear paraplegia back in April of 2024 and has since been using a wheel cart. Now in order for him to use his wheel cart, he needs a vest to his size, that can adjust and function as a harness to attach to the wheel cart. Before my dog's condition, he was ALWAYS up and running, jumping, always in movement. Needless to say it was devasting news when we found out we would no longer be able to walk. But we were given hope when we were told he still has the capability to move around with the assistance of the cart and a vest. A vest that that has been worn out.

ALL I wanted from WalkinPets was for them to provide with another vest that I purchased before he got to this stage where he is STRUGGLING to walk because of the velcro detaching from his worn out vest.

I am upset and now I need to look a reliable service that can actually provide the product my dog needs.

I liked it at first until I realized my elderly dog with hip displatia doesn't always stand the same way and it is impossible to quickly adjust for her stance. Now she hates it and I m frustrated and very upset because this was supposed to make her comfortable to walk to go outside. It's painful for her to stand so I can't spend a bunch of time trying to adjust the leg supports very disappointed. But when it fits her immediately she can Go outside and do her business and stay out a little while.

The customer service was beyond helpful and didnt act like many companies where they tried to place the blame on the customer. By far the best company i ever had to deal with.

SAMANTHA was our main contact and I would award her with a CUDO BADGE if one existed,.. maybe it should be instituted just for her,... Our old dog just couldn't handle IT ,... REGARDS,...... BOB

WalkinPets was very understanding when I didn’t need the wheelchair about a month ago (my dog got better) and promptly refunded my money. Very cool! My dog now has some “down” days, so I ordered the wheelchair (again) to keep on hand just in case she needs it.

Very easy to order, super fast delivery and after support on checking fitted correctly amazing.

Sad to say customer service has plummeted - I hope the company is ok! I am no longer able to get responses from Walkin Pets via phone or email. It’s made it much harder to navigate changes and purchases with my sweet “cart dog.”

The online measurement instructions, video tutorial, and user manual make the transition easy for not only our Zeke but for us as well. As a GSH with DM, he is able to chase his ball, play outside, and enjoy life as we had hoped. It was an easy transition for him and his Walkin' Pets wheelchair will keep him mobile and happy much longer than if we had not made the investment.

Thankful to God for such amazing company Walkinpets , even during the transition to their new warehouse they were friendly at answering questions and prompt at delivering the much needed wheelchair for my furry nephew. The wheelchair works amazing and our hearts are full of joy seeing our furry family member being able to be up and about again.

I was able to order drag bags online. The order was filled correctly and packaged nicely. Shipping time was short even though I am on the west coast. The product is superb as my dog will get out of his male wrap at night sometimes. The bag will get wet but won't leak through. They are easy to wash and dry. Perfect fit and product for a paralyzed incontinent furbaby!

I ordered a rear lift harness and sling to help her potty for my German Shepherd. I like it because it worked with her wheelchair. Unfortunately she passed before it could arrive. I was devastated and called left a voicemail b/c it was after hours. Not even an hour late I got an email confirmation my order was cancelled for me. The next day during business hours they called to confirm. We are so happy to went with company to fit Harley’s mobility needs up to her very last day

My dog passed away right after the purchase so he only used it a handful of times. But it was a good product. I do wish some of the additional items I bought came with the cart. It's just good business because the dogs need them anyway. I think there may be ways to make it a bit sturdier as well. But overall, I was impressed with it.

Chester, my 18 yr old Pug, has lost control of his rear leg muscles. They've slowly deteriorated over the last year, to the point where he's mostly dragging them. I've been looking for a solution, since everything else about him is fine. My Mom found a used (like new) Walkin Wheels dog wheelchair for him. The harness was missing, so I went to the website and contacted a representative. They got back to me right away with a link to determine what I needed. It was nice to see that any of the parts can be replaced and ordered separately. There are some very helpful videos on the site that show exactly how it should be setup. We practiced in the driveway for a bit and he caught on quickly. He's all setup now and I'm happy to report that he back out getting exercise and enjoying walks again. Thanks very much for your help! It's a nicely designed quality functional product!
