I am kicking myself for not reading the reviews of this company before ordering what I was lead to believe were comfortable, cute shoes. They are not in the U.S. and took forever to get here, The shoes are cheap material, like walking on a brick with my toes hanging off. The customer service is not responsive, the contact number cannot be completed as dialed, sending numerous emails every day for over a week with no response. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!

I really wanted to like them, but Walk our path is not a legitimate company. They say they are a 'US based shoe company'. That couldn't be further from the truth. They are a chinese company who has a distribution site in Wyoming. Their shoes are extremely low quality, uncomfortable and cheaply made. There is NO customer service and I had to email them 3 times before I got a cryptic message. They didn't want me to return the shoes and said it would cost $35-$45 to ship back to China. They are like Temu except worse. I had to dispute their charge with my credit card company. If you have to return these shoes, don't expect a refund from them and just go through your credit card company who will refund the entire charge. Avoid them at all costs. They are NOT an American company as they say they are.

I ordered two pairs of shoes because of the description of orthotic insoles and great construction.
What arrived were two pairs of cheaply made shoes with very thin soles. I believe I would feel every stone I stepped on. The customer service phone number is out of service and I have received no response to 4 emails to customer service sent two weeks ago.

Horrible Return Process/Customer Service
I ordered 2 pairs of high heeled shoes that looked super cute online. I dress up for work every day and am on my feet all day, and I was excited to find such cute shoes that were actually orthopedic shoes and would be comfortable. I did look at their return policy which was a little odd given that it only stated, "Just contact us and our team will guide you through the quick return process," but I didn't think too much of it. I felt confident that I was dealing with a company here in the US because their website states they only ship within the US and their address is in Wyoming, so I couldn't imagine shipping or returns could be too problematic. Well, as soon as I ordered the shoes and went to track the delivery, I saw they were being shipped from China. When they arrived, one pair did not look like the photos on the website and the other pair had such an odd type of clasp on the strap that I literally could not figure out how to close it. Furthermore they both just looked cheap. I was disappointed and wanted to return them both immediately. I wrote to the appropriate email address the next day to await instructions for their easy return process. It took 4 days to get a reply, but when I did, they asked me if I wanted to keep the shoes and accept a 10% refund instead of returning them because their warehouse was overseas, often cost the customer 35-40 USD to return, and could take several weeks for me to be reimbursed. They said many customers felt accepting the 10% refund was easier, as if they were doing me a favor. I received this response from them about an hour ago, and I am still seeing red! I told them that no, I do not want a 10% refund which would amount to less than $12.00, and that I still need to be told how to go about returning these shoes. I wish I had read reviews of this company before I ever ordered anything.

The phone number does not go through. They say they ship via UPS, FedEx or DHS but mine were in route via USPS. I do not have mail delivery so it was important USPS was not the delivery method.

I will not order from this company again. I ordered shoes from their website several weeks ago on April 10. When they finally arrived, (it took 2 weeks to receive my shoes on 4/26) they were of horrible quality and did not resemble anything like the image I saw online. I ordered what was supposed to be a pair of orthopedic shoes made in the USA. However the moment I paid for the shoes, I got notified that tracking was by Yun Express which is out of China. Their website specifically states that they ONLY SHIP WITHIN THE US as theyâre a US based company. I got scammed! I FINALLY received the shoes but they NOT worth $70. They fit big, theyâre made out of cheap materials, thereâs absolutely NOTHING ORTHOPEDIC ABOUT THEM! Save yourself some money and order from a legitimate US company

According to Walkourpath's website they have a good 60 day return policy and the address listed on their site is a US address. After I received my order, I wanted to return them because the shoes were very poor quality and uncomfortable (no arch support). The company responded that they would offer me a 5% refund and I could keep the shoes because it would cost me $30-40 to ship them back overseas. I told them I didn't want to keep the shoes, I wanted a full refund and to ship them to the US address listed on their website. I got the same AI generated email 4 more times. Each time the the % refund went up to 10%, 15%, 20% then 50%. I eventually disputed the charge with my credit card company and got my refund. I don't feel that this is an honest, upright business. I will not order from them again.
