David does our annual boiler service and gas safety check every year and is always friendly and professional and provides the formal safety certificates once done. The communication is good with annual reminders for the service and messages on the day with the time window he's expecting to arrive in. He also repaired an issue with our boiler outside of the service and was very clear to let us know how much things would cost before we agreed to it. I would definitely recommend him.

When our hot water stopped working David was very helpful in diagnosing the issue (valve failure) and promptly scheduling a visit to fix it. He was flexible with timings to accommodate my work schedule, and resolved the issue within an hour. I appreciated that he kept me in the loop and explained how it worked. David was very professional and tidy throughout, and I'd highly recommend him.

David Wallace has been servicing my boiler for a few years now. He is always polite, friendly, tidy and efficient. He has also been helpful when there have been small plumbing issues separate to the service. His prices are in line with what I expect.
