What an awful company, in reality just a scam. Do not even think of getting involved.

Betrug... Hätte von ÖAMTC ein Pannenset gewonnen Dann würden für Versand 9,99 Euro verlangt, danach wurde 53,99€ abgebucht und PAYPAL hilft hier nicht mal! Das sind alles Verbrecher und PAYPAL schütz die auch noch! Übrigens gibt es diese Mail Adresse support (ät) walletmaxx.com gar nicht! Es handelt sich hier um eine richtige Verbrecher Firma in England!
Es kann keiner was dagegen machen und die anderen großen wie PAYPAL hilft dieses Betrugsfirmen auch noch! DANKE PAYPAL

One star is to high for these scammers. They have constructed a well honed method of fraudulently taking money from accounts. Since I somehow managed took our a £1.69 subscription, which I have no knowledge of, they have removed over £202.00p from my account.
I have had no goods or services from them and they refuse to refund this money. Check your account for Walletmaxx and if you have a deduction contact your bank immediately.

Grosse arnaque : je vois ma carte débitée de 29,95 €, le 18/03/2025, alors que je ne connais pas ce site et que je ne fais jamais d'achat sur internet. La référence indiquée : 443308085512 GB. J'ai eu ces renseignements par ma banque. Elle me conseille de mettre opposition à ma carte bancaire.

THIS IS A SCAM. They have taken 3 unauthorised payments from my bank account totalling £81.90. I don't know who they are. I have been in touch with the bank to stop anymore payments.

This is a big scam company I made a one time purchase on 26/2/25 of £1.66 today 18/03/25 they have taken £48.95 from my card no notification or authorisation reported to cc company as fraudulent activity!

Scam. They have debited money from my account, no idea what the ‘supposed’ subscription is….apparently I took out a 3 day free trial in Oct yet this is the first time they have debuted my account, in March!

A complete scam, took money from my account without my knowlede or authorisation.

This is a total scam they are taking money from my account and say I allegedly signed up to some agreement I have not, nor have I ever heard of them, despicable practice and a total scam.

Absolutely no idea how I've managed to subscribe to a service i still don't think i need (i say think as have no clue what service they provide that would be of benefit to me!) One payment for £8.59 on my credit card bill at start of Feb & another for £39.95 2 weeks later. Apparently i received an email after the 3 day trial to cxancel but as i didn;t it means i have subscribed?!! Have no email from these people in my inbox/junk/deleted so can only assume this is dodgy.

They are saying they will cancel & credit the most recent transaction but will be reporting to credit card company & to get back the 1st charge.

I would say avoid them but i have no idea how i came across them in the 1st place!

Vorsicht Betrüger - kann mich dem nur anschließen! Finger weg, sonst ist das Geld weg.
2 Euro authorisiert für einen Kauf, man erhält auch eine RG, danach werden 44,95€ einfach so abgezogen. Meine CreditCard wollte es noch stoppen, aber da ich die 2€ ursprünglich vorab authorisiert hatte, wurde der andere Betrag durchgebucht. Fazit: Lehrgeld meinerseits und ich bekomme eine neue Kreditkartennummer, damit nicht weiter willkürlich Geld abgezogen werden kann!!!!
Echt Finger weg, sonst verliert ihr auch euer Geld!

Upon checking my bank account I have found three payments taken by this company. So checked out who they are ? Nothing found except these reviews on trust pilot. I have not purchased any products or services and the payments are for odd amounts £1.67 then £24.06 and current £39.69. Have written to them as per their email address on feedbacks. Will also be contacting my bank to claim refunds too. Feeling vulnerable and scammed as I don’t know how I added or gave them my details!!

Total scam, bought a product and seem to have been signed up for a subscription so not what I agreed to - company have confirmed the subscription has been cancelled but waiting for a response on refunding my £2 - Total Scam

Beware this is a complete SCAM! AVOID!!!

Paid £2 for a bottle of Whiskey after entering and "winning" a supposed facebook competition (watch out though, the reduced price item changes, it can be a rucksack or whisky or just about anything, usually with some nice pictures to sucker you in).

A short while later, I received an invoice from a company called ENGOLD Ltd, TN33 OYD, for a 3day free trial, valued at £2, of WalletMaxx (supposedly an online management support service or something) which was obviously not what I expected.

Reading the invoice, in the very fine print it states that "Once the promotional period is over, your account will incur a €48 charge every 14 days".

Of course, I cancelled the "trial" immediately and instructed my bank to block any further payments to this scamming company. Other folks have been scammed as well but struggled to get the fortnightly payments cancelled so watch out and follow the cancellation procedure.

Please explain, how did you get my £2 and all my details then? The CC payment was processed to WalletMaxx, the fake competition asked for my details to send me the non-existent prize, those details were obviously sent straight to you, including an error i made in my details!!! You then sent emails to me including the scam invoice from yourselves, Enfold, with the exact same error, none of which would have been possible if I hadn't entered the scam competition so of course it's linked to you despite your denials.

Please also explain how, despite your denials, why the WalletMaxx.com web page has the address for Engold Ltd office as its Contact details at the bottom of the page? Weird eh, what are the chances of that?

Strange too that you also have two 5 star reviews from someone called "Rebecca" within 24hrs, with two different surnames, married surname and single surname perhaps?

EDIT 15/4 - Yet more fake 5star reviews posted, this time from "Edna" and "Olive".
