Tried to contact this company over the past few days including senior leadership and I’ve been ignored. They have processed illegal transactions and don’t seem to want to sort it out.

Worst service ever.
The application review takes forever with no clear timeline.

Staff constantly ask ridiculous questions and request TONS of documents that have already been submitted.
Every new request resets the waiting period, dragging the process into infinity.

Attempts to clarify the status are met with template responses like "please wait."
Total incompetence and disrespect for the client!!!
