I am so pleased with my Wallke H9 AWD e-bike . I use it everyday . When I had a warranty issue they walked me through it with new parts and videos that helped me to do it myself . Almost everyday I get so many compliments on my Wallke . Iâm so proud to own such a neat e-bike . Itâs powerful and smooth and climbs hills like I was spreading soft butter .. Go Go Wallke . I had issues with the original charger but customer service has helped with the replacement.
I originally had a defective bike.
I originally had a defective bike.. The first 2 front wheel motors that Wallke Bike sent me, to replace my front wheel motor, burned out within riding the bike under 2 miles. Wallke Bike and I agreed to replace the controller, replace the front wheel motor (again) with a third motor, and reimburse me for getting the bike repaired at a local bike repair shop of my choice. It worked.. I've tested the bik and it has been working fine. I will definitely test it more this summer.
Battery replacement parts

Now walke responds to my email to get a replacement battery and they say its discontinued and cant offer replacement battery. Wtf not even a recommendation where to buy one. So now I have a bike thats has no battery. Not good for the staff to be prepared for replacement parts. Love the bikes but now they suck

Built like a TANK
Thru snow, ice , rain and great summer weather, my X3MAX's climbed on hills,thru the snow and ice in 20 degree weather on bike paths or 85 degrees and 30 mph wind gust in dual motors or single mile after mile of dependable problems -free riding and stopping even going down hills. Wallke Ebikes are my favorite brand. I'm looking for a X3MAX PRO for longer journeys. Christopher Majors.03/27/2026
The H9 awd is an amazing E bike
The H9 awd is an amazing E bike. I ride it all the time and it is just amazing the hills you can climb when itâs in all-wheel-drive you could swear this E bike had an engine not a battery. It handles tremendously well. it is built like it is a tank you would think it would be really heavy, but I can put it in and out of my truck by myself. it folds up perfect.and itâs fast also, I am so happy that I chose this ebike.
My 2024 Wallke has over 800km on it
My 2024 Wallke has over 800km on it. This electric bike is a beast. I love it with its dual 1000w motors; you have more than enough power. I weigh 180 pounds and I ride on both motors without pedaling, covering 125km with the 48v 60amp battery. But the beauty of this bike is that if you pedal very lightly and don't need both motors all the time, you'll cover at least 200km. I'm very happy with my Wallke H9 AWD. I highly recommend it to long-distance riders. Thanks, Wallke!

My Wallke ebike is king on the streets...
My Wallke Pro Max X3 is the best ebike I've owned. A very sturdy frame while providing a smooth ride on 26"x4" fat tires. The dual motor and dual battery leaves other ebikes in the dust. I recieve multiple compliments about my Wallke ebike everytime I hit the road. Thank you Wallke for making a great, quality bicycle at a very reasonable price!

Iâve had my wallke H9 AWD for about a year now and it was a trouper it took me to south San Francisco and back to Sunnyvale CA without no problems and Iâve has put 5500 miles on my bike already and Iâd say itâs the best e-bike I could ask for.
Refused to warranty a part that cameâŠ
Refused to warranty a part that came from the factory with a defect. The rotor was slightly bent during shipping, and only got worse the more and more I used it so I decided to replace it.
The rotor for the brakes had so much locktight on it that getting off the rotor became impossible. After cutting one of the bolts off, the motor stopped working.
After speaking with support, they basically ran me in a circle until the warranty time ran out. Wouldn't buy again, but now I'm stuck with an 1800 paper weight. Don't give them your money.

Worst company ever and their customer service is non existent. Selling something and giving you no idea of when you are going to get the bike. And the typical excuse oh we're waiting on a shipment and we don't know when that shipment is going to arrive. ð Never again! Spent my money elsewhere.
