This company does not allow you to cancel your own subscriptions and then refuses to cancel subscriptions and continues charging you even after you request cancellation. STAY FAR AWAY

Although they reply like they want to fix the problem I still haven't received reply nor money refund!

This company are an absolute disgrace. Like others I joined to better myself however after signing up for a one off package for £6.99 they then took £34.99 off me for something I did not want. When I thought it could get any worse they then took another £20 from my account one year later as part of the agreement. They make me feel sick.
Do not be fooled by them.

My experience with World Pilates has been extremely disappointing. I signed up for what was advertised as a free trial, but I was charged for several months without my consent. I never even used their services at any point.

After submitting multiple complaints, the charges eventually stopped, but I never received any response to my messages, nor was I refunded the money that was taken from me.

In my opinion, this feels like a deceptive and unfair business practice. I would strongly caution others to review the terms carefully before signing up.

This company gets worse and worse.

I signed up for a free trial but did not like or continue to use the app. When the charge for paid membership was 'pending' I cancelled the membership but was told I was too late to cancel the charge. I lost the £59.99 but felt at least that was the end of it. I never opened or used the app again.

A year later I see another charge taken from my account for £19.99 - apparently a cancellation charge?!?! I disputed this with my credit card providere who looked into it but did not refund the charge.

After leaving a negative but accurate review on this website, Wall Pilates got in touch and offered me a refund of the £19.99. I did not feel this was sufficient. They then offered me a full refund of the £59.99 and the £19.99 and requested I change my review - which I thought would be fair if they were genuinely making up for their appalling customer service and outrageous charges.

However -as soon as I took down my prior review, they came up with an excuse saying they now could not offer ANY refund because I had asked for (but DID NOT RECEIVE) a payback from my credit card company.

They are manipulative, calculated, theiving and disingenuous - stay well clear!

I cancelled my subscription after being clearly assured that there would be no further charges to my credit card. Despite this, I was charged again in January this year for $20.69 being for a cancellation fee. This was not what I agreed to and completely unacceptable.

Follow up on March 10. After approaching my bank and asking them to enquire on my behalf, Wall Pilates has refunded the contested amount. While I appreciate this, I believe I should not have been charged in the first place and should not have had to go through the process I did to get a refund.

I would give this experience -100 stars if that would be possible.
I signed up for "limited offer" on September 2024 and got charged waaaay more. With horrific amount of e-mails I managed to cancel and get my money back, End of the story? Naa, girl, GUESS WHAT?
1 year and 3 months later I get charged again the difference between the trial and normal cost for cancelling in the first 12 months. Their cancellation policy says cancelling "may result in a charge equal to the difference between the discounted and standard price".
What a self-imploding joke of a company.

Like many others I also signed up for a time limited special offer. A year later I get charged again the difference between the trial and normal cost for cancelling in the first 12 months. An absolute joke and the exercises were mundane to say the least.

If I could give a zero I would. I signed up for a four-month subscription in January 2024, and cancelled shortly thereafter due to an injury-in accordance with the cancellation policy I was aware of. Despite confirming my cancellation and stating I would not be charged further, I saw a new charge appear in January 2026-a full two years later.

I escalated with Wall Pilates and they claimed that this was in accordance with their terms and conditions and “the amount charged represented the difference between the discounted subscription price I received and the standard, non-discounted price for the duration of my active subscription plan”.

This is total BS because neither the T&Cs or Privacy Policy (which are the only things presented upon sign up) state this. After further digging I found that this clause is buried in a separate ‘Cancelation policy’ document at the bottom of their website-and the language is different from the T&Cs their unsuspecting victims subscribe to.

Based on ~2,150 reviews, 76% of which are a “1” - there are clearly enough voices out there to confirm that Wall Pilates is engaging in fraudulent business practices. Is anyone else interested in raising a class action lawsuit against this scam company?

DO NOT FALL, they make unauthorized charges to your credit card making absurd excuses, they charged me 2 years after I canceled, the app is terrible not worth your time or money.
Then they write asking for you to write to them, but they gave false info to a case I had open in paypal, therefor I will never get my money back, please don’t fall for this SCAM/FRAUD

I cancelled my subscription in December 2024 and received written confirmation on January 3rd, 2025. Despite this, the following amounts were charged:

€19.99 on November 19, 2024

€29.99 on December 23, 2024

and again €19.99 on December 23, 2025, when there was no active subscription whatsoever.

When I contacted customer support, this last charge was retrospectively labeled a “cancellation fee”, allegedly based on terms and conditions that were never clearly or transparently communicated at the time of sign-up. References are made to supposed “discounts” and a 12-month commitment, which only seem to surface after cancellation.

What makes this especially concerning:

cancellation was confirmed, yet charges continued

refund requests are consistently refused

customer support hides behind vague terms and conditions

there are many similar complaints online describing the same issue

This does not feel like a fair subscription service, but rather a business model that relies on lack of transparency and customer fatigue.

I strongly advise others to be very cautious and to keep all emails and payment records.

Misled with advertising was charged annual payment of £79.99 in Oct 24 I cancelled with the company the said I wouldn’t get a refund I never used app I was so upset 14months later they start charging me again when I contacted them the said I owe them for cancelling in first year when I already paid full subscription

Here's my original review, which I deleted because they responded to the review telling me that they will send a refund if I delete the review. See my update below. 

This company is a scam. I signed up for a 28 day program for $20. At the time of purchase, I was very careful to read everything and there was absolutely no indication that this would be a recurring charge or a recurring subscription. I was purchasing a one time program. I had read many negative reviews of this company saying that they keep charging people's cards without consent. So before I bought it I carefully reviewed everything to ensure that there was nothing that said it was a recurring subscription. There was no price shown for future charges, nothing at all. So I went ahead and bought it. They charged me a month later for $109.99, which I did not authorize. I emailed them right away but they refused to refund it. They are saying that it was in the "terms and conditions", but it's incredibly deceitful to hide any mention of recurring charges in a terms and conditions contract. They trick you into thinking you're buying a one time thing, and refuse to refund you because they have to "uphold their terms and conditions". DO NOT purchase anything from this company!

UPDATE: Only due to posting a negative review here, did they finally send me a refund, but look at their email wording (copied and pasted exactly) - they are essentially saying that they will only send a refund if I delete the review which is against TrustPilot's policies.

Once I received my refund, I reposted the review. My opinion still stands - this company has very unethical business practices. DO NOT purchase from them. They were completely unwilling to refund me before I posted a negative review because they had to "stand by their terms and conditions" but yet they are freely willing to go against another company's Terms and Conditions (TrustPilot's) when it comes to their own benefit. They are outright scammers and it's clear that are manipulating customers into posting positive reviews, or removing negative ones. Also make sure to cancel your credit card so that they can't keep charging your card even after cancelling, which many people say they continue doing. You've been warned.

Exactly the same problem here. Charged $119.88 October 2024. Cancelled the exact same day. Be warned. They also don’t refund. Was charged this “cancellation fee” of $19.99 in December 2025? More than 12 month later!

The exercises are just 'okay'. Nothing exceptional. You can generate a far better wall pilates program from AI. The real kicker though, is the ongoing charges that are impossible to stop. After multiple emails and frustration, 8 months later, I got charged AGAIN. This was because I'd cancelled within 12 months, so they redeemed the discount I had been offered when I signed up. Absolute fraud. Don't do it. I created a great ChatGPT prompt and now have a MUCH better program than what these scammers offer. Avoid at all costs!

Stay away from this company!!! I have an ongoing situation with "Wire Salad aka WallPilates.com.
On May 16, 2024 I bought a 4-month subscription to wallpilates.com and paid $79.99 for the 4 month plan. Then, on June 11, 2024 (one month into the committment), I cancelled my subscription in writing via email to their "support / customer service" department (which is the only way to reach them), 3 months prior to the expiration of the fully-paid 4-month subscription. I received an email from a "Dimitri" stating that they are sorry I am "considering" cancelling and asked "Is there anything we can do to convince you to retract your decision... "etc... the usual spiel. I immediately wrote back that I am definitely not going to change my decision but might resubscribe at some point in the future. That was that. I did everything right. No further payments were taken from my card.
Suddenly, 1-1/2 years later, on my most recent credit card statement this January 2026, I noticed an payment to Wallpilates.com for $19.99 (which is what they charge for a month subscription). I immediately emailed them that this payment was not authorized by me and that I had cancelled my 4-month subscription for which I paid $79.99 in 2024, so this new charge was a mistake on their part, and I requested a refund, fully expecting that refund to be honored by Wire Salad, etc. On Jan 29th, this was their answer to me by email:

None of what they are claiming makes any sense! So they are refusing to refund this new charge of $19.99 and are claiming that the $79.99 4-month plan in 2024 was a "promotional discounted price" (which it wasn't) and the $19.99 charged to me now, was a cancellation penalty suddenly being taken by them from my credit card almost 2 years later.

Absolute Abzocke - Finger weg!!! Sie werben mit Geld zurück, allerdings wurde mir nach der Kündigung vor ca 1 Jahr nun erneut Geld via Paypal eingezogen, eine sogenannte "Kündigungsgebühr" in Höhe von 19,99. Eigentlich würden sie 0 Sterne verdienen...

Update: Mir wurde aufgrund meiner Bewertung jetzt die "Standard Antwort" geschickt, ich solle mich per Mail an sie wenden. Das habe ich aber bereits getan, und dann wurde mir gesagt dass ich die Kündigungsgebühr zahlen müsse... Nochmal: FINGER WEG VON DIESER FIRMA

I noticed a charge on my bank account from wire salad ou.. turns out it’s a 7 day trial for wall Pilates which I never agreed to.. I got stung in 2024 for the same thing which I had signed up for.. it was a nightmare. I finally cancelled the subscription and had confirmation but they continued charging me for a couple of months!! I have tried to find an email or contact to cancel this but it’s proving difficult which I’m sure is a tactic.. be aware everyone and check your account
