You are absolutely right that our delayed response was unacceptable, and we take full responsibility.

Due to an internal technical issue, messages sent to our support email were not forwarded to our team as intended. We only discovered this recently and have since been working hard to respond to all affected customers as quickly as possible.

As we informed you via email, we’ve upgraded your 4-Pack BASE Wall Mounting Kit to a 4-Pack DELUXE at no extra cost to compensate for the inconvenience caused.
