The customer service afforded me by Debbie was warm, congenial and reassuring during discussions pertaining to the purchase of my car. She was not only attentive to understanding my needs and concerns, but also was forthcoming with advice and information to facilitate the process. I would like to offer my sincerest thanks and praise in these regards and would happily recommend the service of Walter Motors Group to others considering purchasing a used dealership vehicle

I had the pleasure of dealing with Debbie, who, although my requirements were not in the big spender bracket, treated me wonderfully. Great comms and helped in whatever way possible. Can recommend and i will be going direct for a more lucrative purchase in future. A nice chilled experience.

Would highly recommend and will be returning when needing an upgrade . Fantastic communication and very friendly . When i went to collect my car Debbie spent time answering all my questions and didn't rush me when getting use to the car .

Brought a trade in car was fine for four days now need rear brakes pad pad as worn down to metal and grinding may need discs as well all in all a poor experience

I had been looking for a automatic Renault Kadjar for some time. And I found one at Walters Motors on line. I made the phone call to find out more, the call was answered by a young lady by the name of Debbie. From that call onwards she was the most helpful person both on the phone and in person. Had been looking for a good value car for a while which brought us to Walters

I bought a van from Walters Motor Group back in February 2026, seemed happy with it for a short period, then after I had it inspected my mechanic found all sorts of problems with it, I called Walters and spoke to a man by the name of Andrew he was very abrupt and rude, after that I decided to get my own mechanic to deal with the problems. Walters told me the cam belt was fine, my mechanic said there was no evidence that they had even checked it, then he discovered it needed replacing, I’ve had on going problems with the van, I’ve had to spend another £2000 to put things right. All I can say is think twice before buying any van from this company. And they don’t like to help on after sales if they can get out of it. Terrible company. Would never think about buying a van from this company, don’t be caught like me stay well away, that’s good honest advice.

My experience with this company was excellent, the customer service i received was above and beyond, trying to find me the right car. Would highly recommend this company and the very lovely staff. Very kind, helpful and welcoming. Definitely worth it.

When it became apparent that I needed a new car, I wasn't filled with excitement. Having had multiple terrible experiences in and around Leicester it was concerning going into an experience buying a car 136 miles away from me.

Thankfully Debbie was amazing, communications were excellent and everything was taken care of, more than happy to answer any questions and gave all the information I could possibly need.

Due to days off and my availability we missed each other on the pick up day but Debbie had made sure between myself and her colleague that carried out the handover both had all we needed, meaning collection was fantastically smooth, the car was beautifully prepped and the 136 mile drive back in the new car could not be faulted!

We are delighted with the car we purchased from Walters Motor Group. We can’t thank Debbie enough for her care and thoughtfulness. We gave her our budget, what kind of car we were looking for and she certainly came up with the goods!
