We’re sorry you were disappointed with your head torch and felt your emails were going unanswered.

When you first reported a problem, we sent a replacement immediately, and we appreciated your message thanking us for our speedy response. When you reported a further issue, we provided a prepaid return label and issued a full refund within 48 hours of receiving the returned torches.

We also tested the returned head torch, checking it at regular intervals. It remained illuminated for more than three hours in our test.

We’re sorry we couldn’t resolve this to your satisfaction with a replacement. We hope the return and full refund have brought the matter to a satisfactory close.
