⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent experience – 100% satisfied!

I’m extremely happy with my experience with Wanbo. Everything went smoothly from the moment I placed my order until the projector arrived.

I ordered the Wanbo T2 Ultra Gimbal Projector with the storage bag, ALR screen and HDMI cable, and I’m 100% satisfied with both the product and the service.

Customer support was excellent. They responded quickly and clearly to my questions, confirmed that all import duties and customs-related charges for delivery to the UK were covered, and even contacted me before shipping to make sure I had selected the correct plug version. I really appreciated this attention to detail.

Delivery went smoothly with no unexpected charges, and everything arrived safely.

The T2 Ultra itself has exceeded my expectations. The picture quality is excellent for the price, autofocus and automatic keystone correction work very well, Android TV is easy to use, and streaming apps work perfectly. Setup was straightforward and I was enjoying films on a huge Full HD screen very quickly.

Considering the projector, accessories, customer service and overall buying experience, I think the value for money is outstanding.

I would definitely buy from Wanbo again and happily recommend them to anyone looking for a great projector at a very reasonable price.

The Cube 2 Pro did not meet my expectations because I noticed slight blurriness around the corners of the image. I reported the issue, and you kindly sent me a replacement lens. However, even after replacing the lens, I do not see much improvement, and the corner blurriness is still noticeable.
Because of this, I asked whether I could upgrade to the Vali 1, as I believe it would better meet my expectations. Unfortunately, I was informed that an upgrade by exchange was not possible from your side.
Honestly, I now regret purchasing the projector directly from your website. If I had purchased it from a local seller or another platform, I might have had more flexibility with an exchange or upgrade.
I kindly ask you to reconsider my request and see if there is any possible solution, such as an exchange or upgrade to the Vali with an appropriate price adjustment.

The projector is comfortable and excellent, projects at a high level for its price. Although I had to wait a long time, it was worth it. A small defect I received with the projector is an internal scratch that is transmitted externally to the screen without being able to fix it.

It doesn’t line up with the scene that grate

Ya es la 2da vez que compro está pieza desde que adquiri el protector. Solo qué esta vez no cambio mucho pues el protector se sigue viendo con una mancha negra del lado izquierdo
