I placed an order with very detailed shipping instructions. The order was over $6000 for the US Government, the cables were needed urgently.
Mr. Coughlin was rude from the moment I tried to place the order, treating me like I was using a stolen purchase card. He said he was going to call the Department of State to corroborate information. After that, he charged my purchase card and sent out my order not following very simple instructions. His lack of attention has caused the Government delays in projects, and the order has still not been delivered.
We have received rude email after rude email, with threats written with ALL CAPS. He did not want to help us solve the problem he generated, and if nothing is done, the shipping company (EDIE Express Inc) will get rid of our order.

I was looking for some relatively uncommon cables. Warehouse Cables had what I was looking for at a reasonable price, and better than the Chinese crap that is the only other option for those cables these days. When they didn’t have the length I needed, they called and offered to substitute a longer length for no extra charge. I will definitely be back next time I need cables and I definitely recommend going with them over Chinese junk off of Amazon or Ebay.

I put in an order for Cat6A cabling which turned out to be above what I needed; the sales agent spent 15 min with me going over the order, and was extremely polite and understanding when I ended up not placing my order. Although he didn't make a sale that day, he picked up a customer for good. I will bring future business their way.

One of the several cables I ordered was apparently shipped separately from the others. Either you or your delivery contractor attempted to deliver to the "bill to" address rather than the "ship to" address for the single cable. The shipper refused to correct the address until being directed by your office. I needed to call your office in order to get the address corrected. After the correction was made and you promised a delivery no later than Monday July 18, the shipper told me not to expect delivery before Tuesday July 19. My electrician cannot do the work after Monday July 18 and I may now need to source the cable elsewhere or cancel the electrician and the IT crews that were scheduled to work.
Totally unhappy with the results, time it took for delivery, and resolution to a problem caused by your staff.

We have used this product many times and have never had any issues. Delivery has been timely, even with delivery to Alaska.
