Mailboxes keep disconnecting again and again, which makes the reported number of available mailboxes unreliable and creates a huge waste of time. On top of that, the service has repeatedly failed to detect or keep track of important DNS records properly - DKIM, DMARC, and other email setup details were often missing or shown incorrectly.

Overall, working with this team has been a nightmare. Instead of having a stable tool, I keep dealing with recurring technical issues, inconsistent mailbox status, and broken or unreliable DNS-related checks. At this point, I can’t trust the platform for serious work.

Very frustrating experience, especially after dealing with the same problems for so long.

Set up and connecting MS mailboxes was easy and effortless. Warm takes just 14 days and you can see the progress. Their dashboard shows you the health percentage and even provide you tips what are healthy stats for your mailboxes.

Their support - do they even sleep or what? I had all my questions answered in minutes at any time. We're building a startup, so I have had questions at totally random times. No issues - always got an answer as if it were live. Lukas, if you read this, you're the GOAT.

The Warmup is solid and easy to set up, but sometimes the warmup codes get bugged and the auto replies gets to the inbox.

When that happens it’s very annoying. But overall the warmup works perfectly
