Warmserve Plumbing レビュー 

A Warmserve plumber came out as a result of the extra emergency insurance cover I had taken out. I had a leak in the bathroom, hidden away beneath the bath and they came the same day and stopped the leak straight away. He returned two days later to reinstate cold water in the bathroom. All as arranged and turned up when expected. A slight problem in that there was a valve sending water to the shower which had been turned off and not turned back on. But when I discovered this, they returned the same day that I called and solved the problem within minutes. Two great Plumbers called Peter and Steve.

Annual Boiler service carried out by Steve, as he did last year.
As usual everything was done as expected - i.e. to a high standard. Everything kept clean and tidy.
Price was what seems to be the standard for an annual service, so no surprises.
As ever Steve was just a great guy and we put the world to rights as he was working. Only problem is having to wait a year for another chat.

Just a great company to use, and the engineers that I have met previously have all been thoroughly nice people.

Warmserve were very quick to get an engineer out to service our boiler. Steve the engineer serviced our boiler and was very quick and clean he explained what he had done and the condition of the boiler.

Ashley and Mark installed my new boiler nearly 15 years ago at the beginning of the business. The service is smooth and efficient from first booking to delivery. My boiler was serviced today by the very personable Steve who was friendly, efficient, and helpful throughout - many thanks. And the cherry on the cake? - the boiler is in great shape even at 15 years!

Excellent service - asked for a quote for 3 small jobs to be done at the same time as my annual boiler service and all were completed quickly and easily, one part of our house is very old and the required part was hard to source but they were able to find it and kept me updated throughout with excellent friendly communication from Rhian in the office. Would definitely recommend this helpful company to anyone!

I wanted to compliment Warmserve on their excellent Customer Service. They installed a new Boiler 2 years ago when British Gas were not interested as it was not a straightforward installation. The Engineers were so Professional and nothing was too much trouble.

I have since had the Boiler serviced twice, always on time and thoroughly checked. I took out Boiler and Plumbing Insurance at a really good price compared to the previous Company. Today I needed help with the Boiler Pressure and phoned for assistance this morning. Engineer Mr Lyn Williams came this afternoon and fixed the problem efficiently and cheerfully. A credit to the Company and I must also mention the Office Staff who were very reassuring and efficient.

What a top bloke Steve turned out to be. Insurance job to fix central heating leak in loft. He turned up! He turned up within the timeframe! He turned up and replaced the faulty connector quickly with no fuss. He was also more than pleasant. Thanks.

Like a previous review I cannot comment on the work because after 4 appointments made the plumber once again this morning didn't turn up. First excuse two weeks ago the plumber was ill, ok I accepted this. Second excuse, the radiator hadn't arrived. Third excuse the plumber was ill again. We were then going away for the weekend and wanted it sorted before going so the company offered us an plumber calling at 7am to do the job before we left, we turned this offer of an appointment down incase the job wasn't completed in time for us leaving. So an appointment was made for 9am this morning. My husband has just received a phone call to say they weren't coming again because the radiator hasn't arrived. My question to Warmserve, how could you have come on the last two cancelled appointments when you haven't got the radiator? We have now cancelled the job & will contact another company. We had issues with this company previously but we thought we would give them another chance after the last issue was resolved. They won't get another chance.

The company came as agreed with the insurance broker. They gave the added service of a pre-attendance telephone call for 30 minutes warning.

Lloyd was pleasant helpful. He did the job with expedience and cleared up after himself. He wasted no time but was friendly.

Unable to write a review about work carried out because the Engineer did not turn up for the appointment to inspect Boiler.Simple phone call to say he was delayed would have solved a poor experience and a disgruntled Customer.Staff in the Office are effcient though.

Been using this company now for 15 years! Telephone staff are just great, Lynn has always turned up to fix the boiler, and is always on time, and very professional, nothing is too much trouble, if you want first class gas or electric work done, these are the ones, i cant recommend them enough!
