We bought a piece of equipment from them, it didn’t work so we immediately returned it. They would not give us a refund since the package was opened (how could we have attempted to install it if we didn’t open the package?). Now they’re sending it back to us and we’re out $300. Not good customer service - I won’t do business with them again.

Great company to do business with! They carry quite a few different products and are very good about helping you figure out what is best for your home if it’s your first time looking into floor heating. Everything arrived when they said it would and in perfect condition.
