I recently had my Fiat 500 repaired and I must say the service I received from both Grant and Sarah was exceptional. From the very first day my partner contacted Grant, he was highly efficient, professional, and proactive in making sure everything was arranged smoothly. He kept us informed at every stage and handled the process with great care and attention.

Sarah was equally excellent – always polite, supportive, and very helpful when I spoke with her. She made the experience stress-free and ensured that everything was well coordinated.

Thanks to their professionalism and dedication, I was able to collect my car from the garage without any hassle. I truly appreciate their efforts and cannot recommend them highly enough. I will gladly return in the future if needed, knowing that I will be in safe hands.

I dealt with a lovely advisor named Sarah, she was extremely helpful and resolved issues in a prompt manner. Everything was simple and easy. When there was going to be a delay with the mechanic she came up with an alternative solution.
I am very happy with the fantastic customer service I received and will use this company again in the future.

I bought a used premium car packed with gadgets and technology – infotainment system, Laser adaptive headlights, electric mirrors, parking cameras, sensors – the works. Knowing how complex these systems are, I expected that at least one thing would eventually fail, so I made sure the car came with “Premium Cover” from Warranty Ireland, offered through the independent garage.

Big mistake.

I assumed that a “premium” warranty would cover the expensive tech features that make up half the value of a modern car. But when the time came to make a claim, I found out how misleading this warranty really is. It’s filled with exclusions, loopholes, and vague conditions that make it almost impossible to claim on anything useful.Avoid being misled by the glossy term “Premium Cover.” You’re far better off buying from a reputable main dealer with their own manufacturer-backed warranty or a truly comprehensive 3rd-party plan. Don’t fall for this fine-print trap.

The sad truth is, if you’re buying a tech-heavy car, you need a warranty that actually supports it. Warranty Ireland’s “Premium” plan barely covers the basics, and leaves you paying out of pocket for the things that actually matter.

I had a small issue with my car that wasn't actually covered by my warranty.
I got it sorted myself and Sarah was really helpful and organized a payment nonetheless.

Responsiveness, Professionalism, Transparency and communication

I have a current policy with Warranty Ireland and the customer service has been exceptional.

Like any used car that you purchase - you can have minor issues. The team in Warranty Ireland has gone out of their way to assist, find the most cost-effective garages to use and ultimately make sure that your car is fixed in a timely manner.

Where other companies make a claims process a long-winded affair and make you jump through hoops - Warranty Ireland's processes are so simple, they have you either reimbursed for what is covered or they will have the claim approved in advance and you wont pay a cent towards the costs of repairs.

I would recommend their premium warranty service if you are thinking of buying a used car.

I was given warranty by my garage through warranty Ireland, and I was unfortunate to have had a mechanical issue within two days of driving my New 2014 BMW. A quick phone call to warranty Ireland, and they had the matter in hand. Within a week my car was repaired returned to me and paid for. Could not have asked for a better attitude and service. Rang the warranty company advised me to drop to garage and had back in 4 days fully fixed all under warranty 👍🏼

My car had broke down and the turbo went. The garage and the warranty were brilliant and covered everything, I managed to get the car back within less than a week! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a high quality garage and service.

What very nice people to deal with I had a van that stop on the road I ring the office number and got talking to Sarah and she could not do a enough for me it was a gear box problem had it back with in a week it was all under warranty good stuff 👍👍👍
