Took my car here to have a dash cam fitted. He told me it would take 1hr. When I returned I had to wait a further 30 mins, when I questioned this he said the fitter was having a few problems. He took payment before informing me that there was damage to the fabric on the rear passenger side door panel. He passed me a photocopied picture on a piece of A4 with no date time stamp on it. He said the damage was done before he fitted it. My car was immaculate before this, the wire is protruding from this side panel. I would not recommend this company, never use them again.

Edited/Update - I recently left a negative review after receiving substandard service from a member of staff. The manager got in touch straight away, and when I returned the call the owner picked up, already fully aware of what had happened. He was genuinely mortified by the experience I’d had and has took the lead in putting things right with my dash cam.

It really goes to show how one person’s attitude doesn’t reflect the business or the standards they clearly aim for. The owner’s quick, professional and genuinely concerned response has fully restored my confidence.

I’m hoping the feedback I shared helps re-educate staff and rebuild trust for anyone else who might have had a similar experience but didn’t leave a review. Fair play — they handled this really well.

I paid for a car audio system, including cd player, plus installation. The system is really good, professionally fitted, but I had to wait for 2 weeks for the leads which connect to the 'remote' buttons on the steering wheel. These were fitted yesterday and work really well. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Overall a thoroughly pleasing result. This is now the 3rd car audio system they have fitted for me in the space of 30 years.

Stay well away from this bunch of cowboys! Utterly unprofessional - gave them my brand new Kenwood audio system to fit - they failed to connect up the usb lead (attached to the unit), did not properly fix the radio aerial inside the unit, and broke the dash fascia! When challenged thry denied they had done nothing wrong and demanded i send photos! How? The unit is now in the vehicle! I had to pay another company to take the unit out and refit again properly - IDIOTS!

To update my previous review.
I contacted the guy who had fitted my last Kenwood unit, whom I should have contacted again.
As it was a straight in and out, I hadn't wanted to drag him from North Wales, my fault.
He said that Warrington audio had cut away at the dash, which was unnecessary, but he was able to get around this, and the stereo now fits as it should, tight to the dash, and all done in 20 minutes.
He knows their work, and was not at all complimentary, to say the least.
What he did, was something they could have easily done, but much easier to send me away, and give me the bad attitude.
Lesson learnt, keep away from Warrington Audio.

Used Warrington Car Audio to have an Integrated Automotive retro kit installed to upgrade my media. There were issues with the kit, not supplied by Warrington Car Audio, but the guys went out of their way to make sure everything was working perfectly. They also supplied and fitted a reversing camera. Highly recommend Warrington Car Audio

They Sent the wrong audio adapter for my car via there ebay (IN CAR Products) site refused to refund and promised to replace when the correct one came into stock (Aug 24).
Still no replacement! Jan25 being Ghosted via email contact - £200 down - Buyer Beware.

Dashcam was fitted by dealer when I purchased the car. I complained that it was in the wrong place, but they said no, that's where it has to be. Now, a year later, and after problems, Roac (don't know if that's how he spells his name) told me that I was correct and that it was fitted wrongly. He moved it and sorted out my problems, and didn't charge me anything. Best service ever!

Booked my car to install an amplifier with subwoofer, after waiting for few hours they rang me to tell me that the care is ready and i can come to collect the car , however when i arrived there, who installed the subwoofer told me that he can't get my subwoofer to work, he tried all sorts and he had even his google open to search for the issue, he couldn't find where is the problem even when he mention that he installed before subwoofers in this model of bmw. However before i booked the appointment i have been told a price and after the job was (unfinished) they charge me all the price (even if the job wasn't finished) plus 20 pounds extra, I mean this is to much already.
I have took the care to BMW specialist, i have paid a lot of money for them to tell me that the wires connection the person done in your car was WRONG !! apparently they connect the wires to the signal coming from speakers which you don't do this with this model of bmw, they supposed to take the signal from the back of the dashboard which the BMW specialist done it and is working perfectly now.
So in conclusion, they don't have a lot of experience and they get trained now, on our cars, also the man who took the money from me was very rude and inappropriate attitude when i told him that this is not the price i was told about before the appointment, he didn't care and he charged me the amount he wanted.
Tried to ring them today at 14:20 to cancel and appointment and nobody is answering the phone, I take it that they know my number now probably.
Not recommend this place at all.

Just had my Nextbase dashcam hardwired by the Team, into my Dacia. I had previously purchased all the parts: dashcam (front and rear), hardwire kit. The installation took under an hour and there was a 'handover' afterwards. The system is working perfectly, being set-up for me in Parking Mode. The cost was no more than the established car parts/cycle place where I previously had a dashcam fitted (but then there were so many problems). So, thanks to the Team at Warrington Car Audio...you looked after me, made me feel like a valued customer; it was a pleasure doing business with you.

Just had a dashcam fitting in my Volvo this morning by these guys. I supplied the dashcam and hardwire kit and they’d done the job very neatly within the hour. Very skilled and knowledgeable team and a free coffee too. Highly recommended to all.

Had my dashcams fitted all good for 18 months.then not working one day. Took back the car next day and it turns out after they pull the car into workshop I'd flicked a switch while hoovering the car..I was expecting a charge..but got a smile..top service and very nice guys..

Had a dashcam fitted a couple of years ago by Warrington Car Audio, it had started playing up, gave the a call to see if they could possibly take a look.
Told me to come ASAP and they would help to sort out my issues with the dashcam.
Went round, took my car in, gave it a complete check, reset everything, including the PowerPro.
All sorted, absolutely top class service.
Can highly recommend these guys for there dashcams and there aftercare service.

I had a dash cam fitted which covers 3 years warranty. Gary, bhindra, & Steve are top guys, they are professionals yet with excellent customer service. The most important thing is their after sales care which I experienced with my taxi( VW WHITE TRANSPORTER SHUTTLE ) CCTV - DASHCAM & REVERSE CAMERA been fitted by them & had few issues which was taken care and handled very professionally. Thank you once again Warrington car audio team for handling everything very professionally
