These ladies and this community as a whole, bring much more to the table than just teaching you how to acquire doors. Along with the detailed ‘how to’ training that they provide, they also help you obtain (and maintain) the right mindset that is critically needed to become successful in this business. You’re not dealing with ‘gurus’ when you become a part of this family. There are no ‘cliques’ that you must be a part of in order to receive all of what this community has to offer. Each and everyone here are valued equally and all are encouraged thru continuous support from their fellow members to help you to ascend above and beyond whatever goals that you have set for yourself.

Jen & Stacy are two of the Most Genuine & Realest People that you would ever want to meet and this community of investors that they continue to grow and nurture, are reflections of them. There is no BS here. No smoke and mirrors. No gotchas. There will also be No Regrets - as long as you put forth the work that will be required of you to attain your goals. In my opinion - Joining this community will be one of the most satisfying investments of your life.

So grateful to be a WOW student! I started in April 2022, in October 2022, I have acquired 34 units, and just went under contract for 24. I never could have done it without the incredible training program and one on one coaching. I don’t think there is a more comprehensive program… they teach you how to do market research, analyze deals, make offers, conduct due diligence, interview lenders, contractors and Property managers. They teach creative financing and JV partnership structure. And when you close, they teach you how to operate the asset.

Their secret sauce? Mindset training and a community of people to partner with.

I love the way Jen and Stacy teach and breakdown the material with scenarios and tips of how to best strategize and approach situations. Coach Megan was super awesome and patient when I needed her to clarify. I wish the program was for 6 months instead of 90 days, because you just can’t get enough of the WOW family because they are all so supportive and awesome.

This is a great program if you are looking to get into multi family investing. The community, support and relationships that are built are priceless.

This program has given me the knowledge and confidence to research markets, understand the financial levers for a successful deals and negotiate the right price for a deal that would meet the financial targets that I have set for myself. Jen and Stacy have developed a training and coaching program, that when followed, gives the average person in depth knowledge of Remote Real Estate Investing. They have created a community within the WOW family, where everyone is invested in the success of their peers. This knowledge has allowed me to invest in several properties in the last 7 months which is culminating in my ability to retire from my current field after 38 years to focus full time on Remote Real Estate Investing.

This group is more than amazing to me. Stacy & Jen are 2 of the hardest working multiunit instructors I’ve met. I don’t know how they do it with 4 young kids.
They’re approachable and easy to work with. I don’t think that I would have invested in multi units again if it weren’t for WoW. In fact, I know that I wouldn’t have. I’m soooo happy that I joined the group when I did. I love that students partner and invest together. I’m very interested in doing that. If anyone is on the fence between joining WoW and another group, WoW definitely won’t disappoint. I’ve taken other courses and most of the promises made before joining were never met. I feel that these guys go over and above what’s expected. I wish nothing but the best for them. They really are amazing. Thank you for everything.

Jen and Stacy are incredibly knowledgable and very well versed in remote real estate investing. They have created a very comprehensive course, which allows you to acquire the knowledge of owning multifamily units for impressive investment portfolios. I highly recommend this course if you are looking to become an investor and not just a student. This is the real deal!

This like always about this group it’s a family away from your actual family. Everyone is great and strive to help each other build fortunes through real estate. Stacy brought up big names like Grant Carson’s And Robert Kiyosaki , well I’m here to say that to me they have already hit that status. Not with money but with integrity and the dedication they put into this group. I would say they are the hardest working Women in Real Estate. I salute Jen and Stacy. I started with no real estate background other than my personal home.
