Although non are experts or trained professionals we are all able to openly contribute our experiences and best practice towards topics.
Having been on my own journey for many years to join a group is an added benefit in understanding. Well moderated.

Jonathan is kinda the Research Scientist doing Experiments and the Research required to feed your brain with the knowledge to navigate Life after 50. Akin to having your own A.I. Health Assistant, except he’s applying it to his own Body & Mind too. Very helpful and available.

Great introduction to fitness principles for men over 50. Jonathan shares his physical, mental and emotional journey from realising his overall health status to making a plan, learning and executing to get to his current state. An honest account of his health journey which has attracted others to join from beginners to experts.

I joined Warriors Over 50 in October last year and it’s one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. Jonathan’s approach gave me clarity on what really matters when it comes to getting healthier and, for the first time, I understood how to track real progress.

That was the missing piece for me. In just six months, I lost 15 kilos, I sleep more than 7.5 hours on average, and my heart rate variability has gone up by 50 percent. But more than the numbers, I feel stronger, more alive, and more in control of my health than ever before.
