I ordered some cable and keystones about 3 months ago now and they have not sent any emails after order confirmation and i have tried contacting them via email to check up on my order and they do not reply. I have not gotten the product and it hasnt shipped yet. SCAM

Złożyłam zamówienie za blisko 1000zł, 13 kwietnia. Do dziś paczki nie otrzymałam. Z firmą nie ma kontaktu, nie odpowiadają na maile. Status płatności widnieje jako nieopłacone, a jest opłacone i wszystko się zgadza. Nie polecam, to oszustwo. Zgłaszam sprawę dalej.

Real review here, the product arrived well but there are a few drawbacks to this website:
- the order was "in processing" for about 2 or 3 weeks; I don't know what took so long, maybe dropshipping? But this should be written on the product page
- they really don't reply to their e-mails
- the link they have on their website for returns is not working; this combined with the previous point of not responding to e-mails means good luck on making a return if you need it; luckily, my product was working well
So you won't get scammed but their customer service is non-existent so have that in mind.

Ordered products from The Netherlands, paid by bank transfer. Dit not receive said products. E-mailed them and no response to my e-mail as well. They scammed me out of 75 euros. Do not place orders here, they take your money without sending products!

Zamówiłem produkty z Holandii, opłacone przelewem. Nie otrzymałem tych produktów. Wysłałem im e-mail, ale na mój również nie otrzymałem odpowiedzi. Oszukali mnie na 75 euro. Nie zamawiajcie tutaj, bo pobierają pieniądze, nie wysyłając produktów!

this online retailer does NOT reply to emails. I have sent multiple emails regarding an order query. THEY DO NOT REPLY. cannot be contacted. please think twice before ordering form them

Válasz nem jött.
A bolt kínálatából is törölték ezt a terméket.
Nekem a munkámhoz kell ez a gép nem tudok 15-20 napot várni.
Ma úgy döntöttem kérem vissza a pénzem.
Rendelek Németországból az Amazonról vagy az ebaytől ott még van.
A lemondó emailt elküldtem ma reggel.

Towar niezgodny z opisem. W zasadzie wysyłają śmieci całkowice niezwązane z produktem który sprzedali.
Brak kontaktu, brak zwrotu pieniędzy.
Tracę cierpliwosć i będę zgłaszał oszustwo.

Sklep internetowy. Całkiem spoko, centy akceptowalne. Zamówiony towar dotarł na miejsce, dobrze zapakowany. Mam nadzieję że i na przyszłość tak będzie.

Po 3 tygodniach brak przedmiotu, brak kontaktu i zwrotu pieniędzy. Oszust po prostu. Ceneo zajęło się sprawą. Do zgłoszenia na policję.

Bardzo szybka wysyłka czekałem niecały tydzień. Pozdrawiam

Dokonałem zakupu auta na baterie dla dziecka za 570 euro . Po tygodniu zapytałem jak sytuacja z zamowieniem , dowiedzialem sie ,ze zamowienie musi byc anulowane bo 3 firmy kurieskie nie podejma sie wysyłki a nawet jesli to msiałbym dopłacic 1000 zł , uznano w sklepie, ze lepiej anulowac zamowienie . Przyjąłem taką formę śmiesznego tłumaczenia. Po tygodniu czekania na zwrot , okazało się , że księgowa poszła na urlop i wróci za tydzień , przelewu dokonano na karte Revolut więc mniemam ,ze wlasciciel ma aplikację w tel i moze dokonać zwrotu w ciągu 5 minut , niestyty mijają kolejne tygodnie a zwrotu jak nie było tak nie ma mimo kilku mailowych przypomnień ..... niestety ale zgłosze oszustwo internetowe . Setki zakupow internetowych a niestety w Polsce mnie oszukano..........

Nie polecam! Przedsiębiorca oferuje produkty zarówno na swojej stronie jak i na stronach dużych marketplace.
Niestety z jakością i poziomem obsługi pozostał daleko w tyle. Kupiłam produkt za około 1000 zł i po kilku dniach się przypomniałam w sprawie wysyłki. Otrzymałam informację, że muszę dopłacić 100zl.
Poprosiłam o zwrot płatności. Dziś niestety już nie odpisują nawet na e-maile.
Pieniędzy na rachunku nie ma.
Telefonu od tygodnia nikt tam nie odebrał.
Ostrzegam! Nie warto ryzykować.

This is the 3rd 4th time I review in here(?)… has been almost 2 months, and we still don’t get our package. The last answer we got from them was, the Transportation company damaged our package (that’s why it haven’t been delivered). Ok got it, but why don’t they make that company pay them for the damage package and just send us a new one through another company? I mean is so easy to fix, but they don’t do anything about it, we sent another email just asking for the refund about 2 weeks ago and no answer. Please FFS, just give us back our money if you’re not gonna fix the problem that is so easy to do! You don’t need to be a genius to think of a solution!!!

We’re so tired of you, give us back our money !!!!

My boardgame arrived, but it was in Polish. It was advertised as English on their website. Don't buy unless you speak Polish.
