Do yourself a favour and stay away from this scam company if you don't want to have a headache. Placed an order for skip hire, the skip arrived 2 days later than the promised date. After the collection of the skip, I placed another order for skip hire and paid in advance. Skip didn't arrive, and after multiple calls, I was told we wouldn't deliver a new skip nor give a refund because of the abesistos in the previous skip.
When I asked for evidence to provide, they sent me a photo taken from yards full of waste on the floor, and none of those belong to me.
I am preparing a small county court claim form.
Stay away if you don't want to be scammed.
Re: yes, you delivered 3 skips and I ordered the 4th skip too which you took money in advance for every single skip hire.your 4th skip was delivered and you took £390 in advance.an hour later your driver collected the skip from my garden without my permission which my building materials is missing from my garden and I believe your driver took them.when I called you,you said yes your driver collected the skip and you dont want to provide the service and you promised you will refund the £390.A day later you refused to refund me the £390 because you found asbestos in pervious skip and you were asking for additional £2600 for the asbestos but you failed to provide evidence to show you found asbestos.2 days later you sent me an email saying you suddently dropped the the charges from £2600 to £300 and you were willing to refund me £90 but hold the £300 charges for the asbestos you never provided evidence.
basically ,you initially took my order for the skip hire and you took my money.once I made the payment then you suddenly came with excuse of asbestos and you hold the money.doesnt that make you a scammer?

Hi Khan,
We don't feel this is a true overview of events, as we successfully delivered 3 skips you ordered.
After the first skip was collected from your property we discovered asbestos within the waste. We called you and you confirmed this was the case and you even went to the waste facility to try and collect it to avoid the additional charges.
We then asked you to confirm that there would be no more of the asbestos looking material in the second skip which you insisted there wouldn't be but unfortunately, asbestos was found throughout the load contaminating everything within the second skip. Due to this, our supplier decided to collect the 3rd skip to avoid this happening again as they were no longer willing to service the job.
The photo was of the waste in your skip and was not of the waste facility. The charges unfortunately are currently outstanding as we have asked you or your builder to provide and asbestos test report which you haven’t been able to provide. We have the evidence of all of the above if you do wish to take this further.

Would leave zero stars if possible
Would leave zero stars if possible. I was given a day twice to collect the skip but no-one turned up. No phone call even. Waited in all day as need to open gates for them to collect.
Was hoping to have another skip from them but wouldn't consider it after this experience. Wouldn't recommend to anyone. Steer clear

Alleged skip stolen
The company charged an additional fee of £86.40 because its states as a company i can have it for 4 weeks not 2 weeks and after 2 weeks tried to collect it, (this is were i had to pay again) after calling them and arranging for the agreed 4 weeks, the skip then got collected a week later (3rd week) but they didn't say they had collected it they said its been stolen and i have to pay over a 1k for a new one! the police are involved, is it the skip hire company or the broker? the skip hire company then tried to collect it after 4 weeks but there is no skip? (After pulling the T & C apart we have no response from the broker)

Hi, thank you for taking the time to leave a review. The additional charge you mentioned of £86 was for a wasted journey fee as we were not made aware the skip was needed for longer until the driver arrived at site.
Regarding the skip then being collected, this wasn't the supplier who owned the skip, this is currently being investigated and we are waiting for an official quote to be provided. No charges have been invoiced to yourself currently but we have already offered to contribute to the charge, which was considerably less than £1000 and help pay towards the replacement as a good will gesture. 💙
