I talked to their customer service before ordering my Luminox carbonox 23 mm strap. They ensured me with needed info and ship the package quickly. Would recommend buying from Them 👍 good customer service and a great original product received 👍

Product arrived in to the uk in just 3 days, Was super easy to swap over the strap with quick release pins and product is very good quality. The customer service was also very good, as the wrong colour strap arrived. I email to advise and got a reply the same day and the correct colour strap sent straight out. Great company and great product. Would recommend

The strap arrived in the UK from the Netherlands in 3 days. The strap looks good (as described). There is also the pushpin built into the strap to make it easy to fit and remove. I would buy from them again.

Quality straps . Bought and received in post in two days. Absolutely happy with purchase. Will definitely buy from them again.

There no zero stars to select so I had to give 1 star. Ordered 2 silicone watch straps but like a fool I did not look up Trust Pilot reviews. It portrays itself as a uk company hence .co.uk on its website but they are in holland. 3 days after my order I got my first fraudulent email supposed from Royal Mail advising I need pay import duty ? After many emails Royal mail advised its a scam mail very very strange I advised watchstrap uk (Holland). After 15 days they have still not arrived but they say max of 9 days. If they do arrive I will update this review to 1 star. My advice is this They are in Holland and do not track deliveries simply posted. AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS. I am just now submitting my credit card claim for non delivery.
Watchbands refunded myorder vale as the goods did not arrive. I have to give them 5 stars for their response as the refund was given immediately.

"Seiko Diver's Watch strap" supplied could not be fitted using the 2.5mm spring bars that are fitted as standard to Seiko Diver's watches, but I had already passed it to relative as a gift, as I was not aware. Their "customer service" is awful - very abrupt and downright rude - just kept repeating their claim it was genuine and ignoring all evidence presented. Definitely a firm to avoid!
Note: Although the strap was ordered from "Watchbands.co.uk" website, it actually arrived posted from Netherlands with business card for "Horlogebanden.com" enclosed (I note both companies have the same registered address), so assume they are same company? The Strap was described on their website as "The original Seiko watch strap for diving watches" and they also state "This watch strap is made by Seiko and comes from Seiko" - But it turned out there are a number of basic differences, which I tried pointing out: The strap surface has a different texture finish, there is a lack of Seiko branding on strap itself and the clasp has different Seiko branding to an original. It also came with two "free" insubstantial new strap pins - of course these are actually essential as your original Seiko Diver's watch pins will never fit this strap!

I have made the mistake of purchasing a watch strap from them. After purchasing, I didn't receive ANY email confirmation or tracking, the parcel arrived a few days later.
As I was unhappy with the quality I had to Google the company in order to get in touch to return it, customer service agent has no email etiquette and not even a name.
They expect me to send the strap back at my own expense!?! What sort of company in 2022 does not offer free returns?

Ordered a strap from them in 21mm. They sent me a 22mm (so would not fit my watch). Did not respond to emails I sent. I had to open a PayPal dispute even to get any response from the company. Nearly a month later, PayPal advised me that the company will refund me if I send the strap back at my own expense. So not only am I out of pocket with the postage they charged me to send the incorrect strap, but now also the postage to return it to them (from UK to Netherlands). TERRIBLE customer service. AVOID.
