Ben is a true trader. Very knowledgeable about the watches and a gave a detailed and understandable appraisal of both my watches - a gold Rolex and a stainless steel Omega. Paid more than anyone else had offered as their ‘best price’ because he knows the true market value as a dealer.
Ben will be the first person I call if I ever need to sell a watch again.

My online experience was really bad. It took 24 hours for them to confirm payment received. This was an urgent item and I phoned first to confirm if this item will be received on time. Assurance was given by Celeste that I will receive the item yesterday, then another mail said this morning. It is afternoon and when tracking the item it states failed collection! Impossible to call because the phone gets dropped all the time. First time doing business with them but it is not a pleasant experience.
