Incredible service for Neil at WBR.
I was told by Rolex that they could not repair my Oyster strap & I would need to buy a new one for £1150!
Neil had the strap fixed & returned to me in a few weeks (it takes longer for full refurbs) & at a fraction of the cost
I cannot recommend WBR enough, shame the Rolex dealer I took my watch to in the first place wasn't as good!
My faithful 1963 stainless steel Rolex Air King bracelet broke. Specifically, one of the tiny lugs at the clasp broke. Fortunately I found the broken piece, which was minute. I spoke to Neil who advised me to send the bracelet and broken piece, to WBR, who were able to micro weld the broken lug back on the the bracelet clasp and, moreover, they cleaned the strap for me. I am ecstatic. The bracelet should be good for another 61 years of service. The weld is so small I need a magnifying glass the see the superb job they have done.
Joe did a fantastic job with my Rolex bracelet. It is now looking like new! He turned the job round in record time so it was ready for my son's birthday. I was kept informed throughout and the bracelet was returned by Royal Mail Special Delivery with £2000 of insurance, included in the £420 price. As a replacement would cost over £2000, this has been very good value. Highly recommended!
Make sure you choose watchbraceletrepair.com and not .co.uk. That is a copycat with dodgy reviews!
