Esperienza terribile. Comprata ruota per TISSOT. Male imballata è arrivata rotta. Ho scritto 4 volte per gestire l'accaduto ma non ho avuto alcuna riposta. PESSIMI!!!

Expérience désastreuse. J'ai acheté une roue Tissot. Mal emballée, elle est arrivée cassée. J'ai écrit quatre fois pour signaler le problème, mais je n'ai reçu aucune réponse. À éviter absolument !

I have ordered many times at watchesulike before. Never any problems. Indeed, I am glad there is such dealers who offer rare spare parts.
However, in September 2025 I bought two bezel screws for an Ebel chronograph, to fix the bezel.
I received only one screw. After trying to get in tough with the owner twice, I never got a reply

Ich habe bei watchesulike Ende April 2025 2 alte Zifferblätter für 200,00 € bestellt und sofort bezahlt - Ca. eine Woche später erhielt ich die Nachricht, dass diese im Bestand zunächst nicht auffindbar wären und ich die Rückkehr des Chefs Ende Mai abwarten müsse - Nachdem ich dann Ende Mai um Auskunft bat, hieß es, dass die Ware nicht auffindbar sei und mir der Betrag zurück erstattet würde - Dieses ist bis heute (Mitte Juni) nicht geschehen und ich habe dem Unternehmen nun mitgeteilt, dass wenn die Rückzahlung bis Ende Juni nicht erfolgt ist, ich eine Strafanzeige wegen des Verdachts auf Betrug/Unterschlagung stellen werde - Wir werden sehen, wie es ausgeht - Andere potentielle Kunden seien jedoch vor watchesulike gewarnt.

Made the payment on May 26th for the item indicated as available on their website. I received the invoice the same day, that's fine, after two days on May 28th they write that the order is being processed, then no more news. Today they suddenly refunded the purchase because they said it was no longer available. I don't think it's difficult to understand if you have or don't have an item in stock. Unprofessional.
