We’re really pleased to hear that you’ve been enjoying the classes, although we’re sorry to hear that you’ve felt there isn’t enough flexibility around missed lessons.

We completely understand that, especially with little ones, there will be times when families simply can’t make their usual lesson. This is why each swimmer receives five courtesy passes each year when lessons are missed. These don’t need to be used straight away and can be saved on your account to use at another point, giving you the flexibility to book an additional lesson at a time that suits you, subject to class availability.

If you’ve had any difficulty using your passes or finding a suitable alternative class, please do get in touch with our office team. We’re always more than happy to have a look at the options available and help where we can.

We're so pleased to hear that Libby has enjoyed her lessons with Immy and looks forward to coming each week. Immy will be delighted to hear your kind words. She does a fantastic job of supporting every child at their own pace and helping them build confidence in the water.

It's also great to know that the facilities and nearby parking have helped make your visits that little bit easier.

How wonderful to hear that Libby has been practising her swimming skills at Bovey Pool over the summer break! Keeping up that water confidence outside of lessons is fantastic, and we're sure she'll be excited to show off her moves when classes resume.

We are absolutely delighted to hear how much Amelia has enjoyed her time at Praa Sands with Beth, and it’s wonderful to know she has developed such a special bond with her.
