Lovely company, really friendly teachers and great facilities. The highlight of our week!

Loved it! Miss Star was awesome. My daughter totally enjoyed her classes. We were bummed to leave but it was really far for us and moved when a slot opened up closer to home

Very nice experience

Jen is absolutely brilliant. The venue is quite echoey, so can be difficult to hear what's being said.

My daughter and I have been attending Water Babies since she was 6 months old and now she’s is 3! It has been a fantastic experience and my daughter is now very confident in the water and can practically Swim independently. Our teacher Star has been very supportive and very reassuring every step of the way. We also did the under water photo shoot which was an amazing experience. The customer service has been brilliant as well whenever I have contacted about not attending a class someone has always responded back to me. Really sad that due to school starting, our experience is coming to an end. Definitely would recommend Water Babies to any new parent out there!

Lessons and teachers are great but the pool we are in is so noisy it’s hard to follow the instructions and my son get distracted. He often complains that it’s so noisy, it’s also quite a cold pool so his lips start to chatter towards the end.

My little one has been attending swimming classes since he was 6months old. He has so much confidence in the water and Jess our teacher is fantastic and we highly recommend water babies.

My twins start swimming when they were 6 months old.

Water Babies is incredibly well-structured, focusing on both water safety and swimming skills. It’s a step above other swimming lessons around London, with a clear, progressive approach. The use of songs makes learning fun, and parents are actively involved in the water, learning alongside their children. The teachers are always attentive, offering guidance and correcting technique when needed.

My son started Water Babies at 8 weeks old and continued until he was 12 months. After a pause, we returned to lessons when he was 2.5 years old, and he absolutely loves it! The lessons have been fantastic for his physical and emotional development, and the consistency really makes a difference.

We particularly love lessons with our beloved Jackie, she’s wonderful, and my son is now extremely confident in the water.

We couldn’t recommend Water Babies more, it’s been a brilliant experience for both my son and us as parents!

Okayish experience so far. The instructor is quite good and friendly and the class seems nice. But, they have cancelled 3/12 classes in the first 3 months, the changing room at my center (Bridge school Islington) doesn't have a functioning shower, the pool water wasn't warm enough for 1 of the classes resulting in my daugher shivering midway through the class, and the class often starts 5-10 minutes late due to previous class overrunning.

My son loved the classes! They were so interactive and paced really well so he didn't become overwhelmed and eased into being in and under the water. The communication is great and its always easy to get in touch with someone. The team are also so helpful and were able to quickly arrange a catch up session when we had to miss one due to holiday plans. Would highly recommend - just wish the classes were longer as he loved them so much!

Great experience so far. I have been going to Water Babies with my now 8 month old son for about 2 months and we are both loving it. Our instructor, Erica, is great with babies and is very clear and comforting with her instructions. We have also had one or two substitutes while she was away and both were good. The only piece of constructive feedback I would give is that while the pool itself at the Stephen Hawking School in Bethnal Green is great (small and always warm), the changing facilities are a little awkward for males attending classes. This is because the only showers available to use are on the far side of the pool, meaning if you're a father attending class with your child and you want to shower to get chlorine off you and your baby, you have to go into the showers near the female changing area, then come back through the pool and back out the other side and across a hallway to then change. This would be fine but with a wet and slippery baby, AND given some doors in this school have double handles to prevent children from opening them, it can be a little tricky. Overall, really happy with Water Babies so far and the quality of instruction, which is the most important thing as it gives both me and my child the confidence to be in the water together.

We love water babies. Saturday swim class is our fav activity.

We love Water Babies! Caron and Lily have always given us all the support we needed to find the right class for our little one. They are very professional and friendly! The same with Jo, our son’s swimming teacher, she is excellent! She has always encouraged our Luca and boosted his confidence, by respecting his own way and pace of doing things, to a point that our son started swimming very quickly right after starting her classes! What a great team! Thank you so much Water Babies!

Great classes for newborns. The activities are very well thought and they help the baby to get familiar with water.

I couldn't be more positive about the experience I've had with Water Babies. The teachers have been top quality, smiley, confident, knowledgeable, fun, engaging for the babies. Especially Lisa and Amina. And the team surrounding them have been great too, especially Lily! We've been with Water Babies for a while, with both our kids, and we've loved it at all the venues we've been to. It's my highlight of my week with my wee girl now, and I think it's hers too!

Just go to the pool and play with your baby. You don’t do much more. Jump of float in parents arms, have parent take you around the pool in different ways and holding different things. From other parents who had been going for 9 months my daughter was doing the same as them who just started.
First lesson water babies cancelled, 2nd lesson was just me in the pool with her.
Tried cancelling but lost my money because it was past 14 days because of the cancellation of one of their lessons. So I paid right away and that’s when your cancellation policy starts. Emails were not that friendly or understanding. Basically I was expected to cancel before trying it.
