I love how my baby gets to bond with myself and also for them to create relationships with other babies. Also knowing that water can be fun to play with and learning other skills. It is a great way to learn key skills by hearing repetitive tasks consistently. I wish the lessons were at least 15 minutes longer than the usual time.

It has been nearly two weeks since my partner and I submitted a formal complaint, and we have yet to receive any response from your Head of Department or Directors. This lack of communication is unacceptable and reflects poorly on your organisation’s standards of customer service.

If we do not receive a prompt and satisfactory response within the next 48 hours, we will escalate this matter to the UK swimming boards for further review. This issue is serious and requires your immediate attention.

We expect to hear from you without further delay.

Dear Water Babies Ltd, (Horsenden London branch)

I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding the recent handling of my child’s swimming lessons and an unauthorized payment that was taken from my account.

My daughter has been swimming with Water Babies for over a year and a half and has rarely missed a lesson. Throughout this time, we were advised that if she did miss a session, she would be entitled to a catch-up lesson.

We recently provided the required four weeks’ notice to end our contract, in line with the terms and conditions, and we expected to pay only up to the correct leaving date. However, shortly after confirming by phone with your admin team that we were leaving the programme, £98 was immediately taken from my account. This was unexpected and very concerning, as payments have always previously been collected on the last working day of the month. The timing of this transaction feels as though the payment was processed prematurely to avoid any loss once we had made our notice clear.

£98 is a significant sum of money, particularly in the current financial climate, and it is extremely disappointing to be charged for a service we will not be using. The lack of clear communication and transparency in this matter has left us both frustrated and disheartened. We have now had to raise a case with our bank to retrieve the funds, which should never have been necessary had the matter been handled professionally.

I request that you review this situation urgently and arrange a prompt refund of the £98 charged in error. I also ask for a written explanation of why this payment was processed in this way, and what steps you will take to ensure other customers are not treated in the same manner.

I look forward to your swift response and resolution of this matter. We now await a response from any of the representatives of Water Babies with a solution, as we have been ignored for over two weeks.

I would never take my daughter back this brand.
They taking all your money from your account even if you won’t attend the lessons, I have explained we are not able to attend the lesson and they refuse to even give us catch up lessons if we are not longer with them. I don’t want be paying more months and wasting my time for this services. I need a refund of my lessons the ones I’m not be able to attend or catch up lessons the next few months without having to pay more money. I have already paid for the month and they refusing to give me any lessons unless I pay more months. They don’t answer any questions. No support. Just another business that takes your money and provides nothing. Very poor customer services and not help.

Every swimming lesson has been an amazing experience for my baby and I. In particular Steph is great, very kind and sweet ..we made fantastic progress without feeling rushed. Highly recommend swimming lesson with water babies

The pool at Mandeville School is a little small, however the teacher is friendly and knows how to deal with the children and encourages them all.

My daughter really enjoys water babies all the teachers have been such fun and great at teaching her since she was a baby.
